I have watched this stock for years. The price it is at is the price it would be at with 10 billion shares. It has dropped 50% since the mention of the possible issue. This company is worth 2.4 thru 2.6 million. It is setting at 1.3 million. If they issue the shares in my opinion it will stay at this price. My opinion it will jump to .0009 after the issue because of PR's and then back down. Just an opinion. Hope it hits 1 penny.

Patents are not worthless. If they where there would be no such thing. Next in this industry you need to be able to protect your inventions at every angle and use. That is how you make money.

Well in order to get the rest of LJCI money and not change the restrictions on their ownership then 10 billion is right in line with accessing those funds for ownership. The biggest thing I saw was the compensation to the employees and staff. Paid with stock? Only if it is worth it would I do it. Must be worth something to even bring that to the table.

Easy, with multiple subsidiary allows for separate loans or funding, protection, employees/ benefits, tracking expense and the list goes on. As long as MCET had 51 percent ownership, the shareholders have a voice with control. Now they have +85% and total control. If MCET subsidiaries sell or make profits, it will show and if you read the 10 Q the subsidiary are identified as the same as MCET. Financially they are the same but risk they are not. Privately held, so what MCET is the majority holder. Which is every share holder of MCET. Would you rather it be public with its own ticker? That would be a waste and additional cost. MCET needs to have complete control of it subsidiary companies. They can be sold at anytime or modified and not effect the other companies. MCET needs to have 100% ownership of the subsidiaries.

Do you understand ownership? It is in the 10 Q.

Has anyone read the 10 Q's? Multicell Technologies owns 95% of MultiCell ImmunoTherapeutics and now 85% of Xenogenics. Before it was 67%. To get a true picture of their finances they tell you to compare 2013 and 2014 year ends. Yes they have increased shares but they have also increased ownership of patents. In my opinion they are moving in the right direction. Slowly assume 100% of the other two companies and it makes a more valuable company. As for staff I see not having a large staff because it is cheaper to pay for a service than to provide everything to carry that service. Ever rent an office instead of buying the building?
