Supposed to be 10 days from May 1st for Google's response then no more than 5 days for Vringo to respond to them. look up the last pacer doc. Not sure how long JJ will take to make his ruling after the Vringo's response is turned in.

IT's USPTO - United States Patent and Trademark Office - Not USPO

Why would they file with the US Post Office?

Yeah, GOOG PPS will TIMBERRRR because as you said they won't patent their workaround and will give it away to MSFT, AOL and YAHOO and anyone else who wants to use it. Everyone will be able to filter ads like GOOG, so nobody will be able to charge premium ad space prices, and there will be joy in the world of web advertising as the GOOG monopoly crumbles under it's own free workaround!

If Google had anything in the works they would have filed a provisional patent. It would act as a temporary placeholder for up to 12 months while they got their "workaround" ready.
A provisional application for patent is a U.S. national application for patent filed in the USPTO under 35 U.S.C. §111(b). It allows filing without a formal patent claim, oath or declaration, or any information disclosure (prior art) statement. It provides the means to establish an early effective filing date in a later filed non-provisional patent application filed under 35 U.S.C. §111(a). It also allows the term “Patent Pending” to be applied in connection with the description of the invention.

Just curious how the people at Google are INNOVATED? Do they have computer chips hooked into their brains, or special bio-modifications? Perhaps they are lab grown cybernetic organisms? I've heard of people being innovative but never innovated people. This is interesting...

Nasdaq site shows the crash before 11 am. I'm guessing someone fat fingered a sale and mistyped a zero after the decimal. My heart goes out to you, if that is what happened, selling 25,000 shares for 0.0465 instead of 0.465. OUCH!
Sentiment: Hold
Yahoo covering it up? They've changed the day range to a low of $0.45 it was $0.0465. But, the chart on Nasdaq website still shows the crash before 11 am.
Sentiment: Buy
Seems to be corrected now, Yahoo was showing a day range of 0.0465 to 0.47 earlier today.

Anyone get any shares on the crash to $0.0465 today?
Sentiment: Hold
Yeah, mine too. Too bad I wasn't watching at the time, possibly could have scored a ton of shares very cheap.
Maybe I'll put in an order at 5 cents, just in case it happens again. LOL

Ghost, for that response, I have UN-ignored you. I see that you can have an intelligent conversation. Whether a paid (or unpaid) baser, or pumper, or whatever, if you know how to use the information, lies or truth, it can help one make educated decisions with ones investments/trades. So, I will be reading your posts from now on. Now, if I only knew which one of you was the clone or not.

Ghost,
You said Google won't have to pay. But, they will have to pay, someone. It's put up the monies for the bond or shut up and don't appeal. So Google still has to pay either Vringo or the Courts, until the appeal is over. And, doesn't the court have to grant an appeal? Aren't we getting a little ahead of the game?
Sentiment: Buy
No matter the reason for the judgment, the defendant is responsible for seeing the money is paid to the plaintiff even if they wish to appeal the decision.
States mandate supersedeas bonds for appellants to qualify for re-trial by a higher court. A supersedeas bond secures and suspends execution of the judgment already awarded. The party seeking an appeal to a money judgment must post collateral or a bond with the court. This surety bond, often referred to as an appeal bond, satisfies this requirement.
Surety Bond Definition
A supersedeas bond guarantees full payment of the judgment should the appealing party lose its appeal. While the defendant has the legal right to appeal any decision by the court, it does not override the duty to protect other parties involved in the case including those awarded a money judgments. The court has a responsibility to ensure the judgment will not be delayed with frivolous appeal attempts. This surety also covers court cost and interest as well.

I hope you are correct.
Ad revenues are increasing because all SMART VRNG investors should be googling everything and clicking on the ad links whether you need the product or not. Think of it as an indirect way to increase future revenues for Vringo. After all, whatever GOOG gets - VRNG gets, a possible 3.5% or more of 20.9%!
