I see Jin the Racist slipping in and out of character in a three line post. It's wonderful that the company is finally able to share some good news with shareholders but it makes me sad that a bigot like this will profit.
I gave this message a thumbs down. not for the message but because it was written by a racist bigot.
As someone who is married to an Asian American I have to say that your constant mockery of how some in the Asian community speak is highly offensive. You are a racist and I would like to see how you would manage if you attempted to live and work in something other than your native language.
You are a racist and a bigot and and it is way past the time when someone needs to show you for what you really are.
It doesn't surprise me that it garnered a lot of interest Voice. And packaging it with a phone sounds like a great idea. So, why wasn't that done? Surely Sony and Microvision could see the potential? No? So why such a soft launch?
I realize I'm asking these things in the form of questions and I don't really mean to. But they would be questions I would ask Microvision management or, better still, Sony. I'm just having a hard time figuring out why they would choose to launch a new technology through such a small company, with no support and with no follow-through if the technology really was ready for "prime time".
Anyway, good luck to you. I hope you have fun with your new toy and I hope you continue to amaze people with it. Your post and your efforts is the sum total of the positives so far. I hope that changes but until someone really pushes this technology it will continue to be a novelty item. I find that very sad.
Thanks for the efforts at drumming up interest but I can't help think that it should be Cellulon doing this kind of thing, or at a minimum Microvision themselves.
All this says, to me at least, is that this has been a very soft launch. Soft to the point of Marshmallow. Why would Cellulon release the PicoPro with absolutely no announcement, no advertising and no follow through if their supplies were anything more than a few units? It doesn't add up and this isn't how a product launch that is real is handled.
There is something strange going on here. It might be that the Cellulon products are only there to muddy the waters. I don't know. But what I do know is that this looks like a ShowWX rinse and repeat. A novelty to try and keep a little interest going for a while. This launch, coupled with absolute silence from both Microvision and Sony smacks of a major delay with the commercialization of the technology.
I hope I'm wrong but I can't for the life of me think of any rational explanation for such a half Aszed launch in such a limited way. Nor can I find a rational explanation for Microvision's silence.
I'm very long and have been patient over many years but the amateurish way everything associated with this company is handled is perplexing.
That's exactly what the pom-pom wavers were saying this time last year. And in 2013 and 2012 and 2011 and 2010 and 2009.........................................................You get why posting a message like this would have people rolling their eyes at you?
