In regard to both your posts.

"Wall Steet b.s. at its finest. The press release clearly stated that EPS would been in-line at 22c if not for one-time reorganiational/(tax charges)"

Agreed, media headlines call it a 7 cent miss. Someone thought different and bought 24,000 after hours for a realistic price though.

" but I would expect IRMs around the time of LAMRs."

I thought the same. If it's first come first serve the LAMR transcript made it sound like any moment the proverbial phone would ring. Where IRM took a let's not talk about it approach. Hard to read when considered with the thought IRM should be first/same time.

As far as price I think we are pretty close to the same numbers C to REIT. Stock has traded very strange last 2 months. Pretty much down every single day of January on no news, then rebounds strongly in February for no apparent reason. Meanwhile as it fell all through January 2,000,000 shares where covered.

I didn't take the October 2015 as a negative, it's a truth to any tax payer. It seemed to me like the analyst had asked what is the latest date the IRS could give a PLR and IRM could still count the whole of 2014 as REIT. Basically IRM would have until October 2015 to file taxes for 2014. So like you said I don't think that date has any bearing what so ever.

It was a solid quarter. Nothing earth shattering. Stock seems to be in a hard spot. For a C-Corp the stock is arguably priced high, and low for a REIT. Still I certainly saw nothing that warranted 3% up in pre-market to down 3% a few trades later.
