    Letter to US Trustee

However there is a listed total assets of $2,494,784,000.00; if all of MCP is liquidated, and all miners, incl. the Chinese are invited to bid; it is expected to be much more than $2.5Billion (Total Monopoly value for the Chinese could value it much higher; since they could increase RE prices at will in the future with no competition & recover "this Multi Billion" MCP asset purchase very easily)..
Comparison to 6 year old Civic worth $35k is not true, since Civic depreciate right away after sold new; try Real Estate Foreclosure liquidation, and bidding wars: between Miners, maybe US Government & definitely the Chinese.
The Real Estate, Buildings & Equipment's shown on 60 Minutes seems to be worth more than $2.5Billion

    Digesting the Q1 release

If it was paid 4 years in Advance already; then why did we not see any Yingli Billboards (at least so far my husband & I watched the few games we saw) in Women's soccer World cup; unlike in Men's game last year?
Was it because like in Super Bowl it was only paid on 30 seconds based on actual Ads at time of that particular Ad was shown? If this were the case, then YGE would save a lot on not Advertising here, would not they?
Understand from several messages here that in 2018 Yingli is completely out of FIFA sponsorships; hope also from any Bayern Munich relates big spending expenses; then like CSIQ, TSL, etc YGE can really start to report profit.

A big positive pleasant surprise if Yingli could become Main & Preferred supplier for Saudi Aramco's Ghawar Forever Mega Project.

Did it say anything at all about Cost of "Soccer Sponsorships" to bottom line; how much it contribute to losses; and if those expenses removed, whether YGE would have been profitable (since when?) or not?

  • onnymay onnymay Jun 10, 2015 1:44 PM Flag

You are right, like in Subprime case; it will attract many (maybe even thousands) potential subprime buyers, with CCC or worse credit ratings. After Solar Farms installed, time for Full Payment; yet very likely no payment, since funds needed for those countries to feed their hungry people; then what will be YGE's fate?

Better to have few, even ONE AA Contract worth more than thousands such CCC or worse contracts.
Especially coming from reliable, responsible & very wealthy Saudi Aramco in the process of installing Ghawar Forever Project, that just to start with will be in the order of 100-120 GW for the next 15--30 years (Saudi Oil Minister estimate was between 2040-2050 completion) with potential of much more growth; not to mention replacements for better more efficient Panels after 25-30 yrs (Panel's lifetime). A truly Forever sales & decent profits, since Ghawar Forever is FOREVER..

If not domestic, buy from where? if China won't sell to us? Buy from foreign Lynas?? they are worse off than MCP. Conclusion: Need DOMESTIC company to protect national interest to supply critical industries at any circumstance.

Japan protects their DOMESTIC Rice farmers at any cause, why? Can't trust foreigners, although US Rice are much cheaper than Japanese produced rice. Rules of Free Trade does not seem to apply on critical materials.

  • In June 2008 AAL (formerly AMR) was also almost bk; however because they are strategic companies they survived, and even thrive big today. MCP will do the same; either via merger (like AAL), government bailout or other means. Imho too strategic to be allowed to go under.

YGE turn around is a reality

    Q2 or H2?
If Yingli still pay High $$$'s for Ads in Women Soccer World Cup this June, how will Q2 be profitable? Unless due to FIFA scandals Yingli dropped Soccer sponsorships effective June 1, and not advertise in Canada's stadiums.
Best is if YGE adopts new Paradigm of Mega contracts with Saudi Aramco, and not worry about delayed or non payment of smaller contracts with countries like Algeria, Greece (& PIIGS), Brazil, Argentina, etc, already well known for defaults & non payments.

However, in the CNN interview, a Government spokesman said that US hacked China's, Russian's & Iranian's governments (in Iran, esp Nuclear facilities) too.
Hope your predictions about opening salvo to WWIII will not realize; since everybody is hacking everybody else too. Main thing is our critical resources needed for critical industries are secure, regardless of what.

No way, IF (and it is a big IF) Yingli shifts to new Paradigm of Mega Contract with Saudi Aramco (from Munich office lead useless Soccer Sponsorships Paradigm) ; then $60 would be very easy to achieve.

If YGE still Advertise in Women Soccer World Cup, definitely NOT. Cost to pay for those Ads are not cheap.
If YGE do not advertise there, most likely: YES.
We will see tonight and during the month of Women Soccer World cup.

The problem for YGE: $Hundreds-Million useless Soccer sponsorships, that they go into debt to pay for it..
CSIQ, TSL, SUNE, and others also borrow; but for good reasons: Expansions. YGE sold Land for expansions to pay un-necessary debt, and still report losses; where others report profits.

  • onnymay onnymay Jun 6, 2015 10:43 AM Flag

Did anybody even bother to ask: Cost of Soccer Sponsorships; and how much it contributed to YGE's losses? Or, ........????
If YGE still sponsor Women Soccer World cup starting today, no way will YGE report profit in Q2.
In World Series it cost advertisers $4.5 Million for 30 seconds Ad. Non transparent & corrupt FIFA not publishing those figures, so we have no idea; but it could be huge.
Will see tonight whether Yingli still sponsor corrupt to the core FIFA, that even its leader Sepp Blatter is forced to resign.

  • onnymay onnymay Jun 6, 2015 10:32 AM Flag

I believe YGE stock will skyrocket, surpassing all Solar Stocks, incl: CSIQ, TSL, FSLR, SCTY, SPWR, etc.

Please suggest how to make Yingli profitable w/o stopping the $Hundreds-Million SOCCER sponsorship; then you would make positive contribution vs. just criticizing.

  • onnymay onnymay Apr 8, 2015 11:30 PM Flag

ONE Mega Contract with reliable, responsible, wealthy Saudi Aramco for Ghawar Forever Project realization could easily absorb all the Solar panels Yingli could make, sale at high margins to make profit (also Aramco's interest that key vendors they deal with is profitable, and stay in business for a long long long time).
Question is will Yingli play a central role, supplying the panels, and organizing other vendor panels use, if YGE could not fulfill the monthly target; or would Yingli only play a very minor role, filling in for others, when they could not supply enough Panels for that particular month.
This "On the road to Shaybah" Project could dwarf "Bechtel's build Jubail" ONE Mega Contract. Plus I have a hunch that Saudi Aramco management are already very interested in this "Ghawar Forever" Mega Project.
This ONE Mega Contract is worth 1000 contracts; and IS the right Target Audience for Yingli, without the need for Big Spender SOCCER Advertising; it is FREE now; and in future, once Profitable ONE Mega Contract in place, only cost the usual "Realtor's type Percentage" in the future for a WinWinWin solution for all (Saudi Aramco, Yingli + Share holders, my husband: Anggicvg the Realtor/Broker, who worked hard, smart & invest our own money to make the deal possible, with his very specialized Capital in wealth of knowledge of Saudi Aramco & Area + intensive network there, he saw the opportunity when DESERTEC folded, fulfilling Anggicvg's Professor Eduard Justi's dream in a slightly different Form, of Location & availability of already in Place first class Infrastructure, to make "Ghawar Forever" a possibility; also the very high expenses in Dhahran trip we made to meet the CEO, important Saudi Aramco & other local Business Persons there; physically visiting Shaybah, in Rub Al Khali, etc: A very rare combination of specialized expertise).
Note: Please Google: Ghawar (read reliable Wikipedia explanation) for anybody who is not yet familiar with what Ghawar means

  • onnymay onnymay Apr 8, 2015 8:28 PM Flag

Mr. Miao better start to google: Target Market & Target Audience to really understand what Anggicvg is talking about, and WHY Soccer sponsorship was bleeding YGE, and has to be stopped ASAP.

Yingli is wrongly pursued: Mass marketing:
A market coverage strategy in which a firm decides to ignore market segment differences and go after the whole market with one offer. It is the type of marketing (or attempting to sell through persuasion) of a product to a wide audience. The idea is to broadcast a message that will reach the largest number of people possible. Traditionally mass marketing has focused on radio, television and newspapers as the medium used to reach this broad audience. Many companies are now shunning away from mass marketing due to the much resources WASTED on reaching the whole market while IGNORING target individuals.
Yingli wasted a lot of money since the Target Individuals: Immediate consumable, like McD, Cola, Chips, like Dorito; was totally wrong for a 30 yr Life cycle Solar Panels. Completely wrong Target Market!!!

No wonder while other China Solar's not sponsoring SOCCER reported Profit, YGE only reported losses qtr after qtr.

Where is Assistant CFO Analysis of when YGE would have reported profit, without SOCCER sponsorships?

  • onnymay onnymay Apr 6, 2015 4:41 PM Flag

Yingli's Big Spender Munich office put a spell on the Beijing Headquarters Management to keep borrowing and spend on Bayern/Corrupt FIFA. Best way is to break that evil spell, by just CLOSING that ill-fated Munich office, and STOP borrowing t high interest, to pay for Big Spender's SOCCER (read SUCKER) sponsorships.
On top of it if Yingli does that ONE Mega Contract I described in previous msgs; now STILL POSSIBLE, and would cost YGE nothing NOW; YGE could very easily explode all the way up up up near the source of it all: The Sun.
Why continue "Free Lunches", if WinWinWin will be the only key to YGE recovery. Big Spender Munich Office trying hard to teach & actually "force" YGE Headquarters Management to NOT engage in ONE Mega Contract, keep eating "Free lunches"; while bleeding YGE to death, with un-necessary Big expenditures on High flying Bayern & corrupt organizations like FIFA sponsorships.
TSL, CSIQ, JKS, JASO no SOCCER sponsorships make profit quarter after quarter. YGE with Munich Big Spender SOCCER sponsorships reports LOST quarter after quarter.

Yes Alex, HQCL will be profitable starting Q!; while YGE still lost money, mainly due to corrupt FIFA/Bayern sponsorships. The sooner YGE get rid of those SOCCER sponsorships, the sooner they will report a Profit too. Maybe CFO Wang would like to hold world record in sponsoring SUCKERS???
Where is Assistant CFO Report on YGE Financials w/o such useless sponsorships?
