I must say j20, for someone who is down several hundred thou on one stock- you are pretty cool headed! Hopefully, the pps will reverse course very soon and you will be up several hundred grand.
The waiting game continues.
$30 is the price when Rintega gets approved. What about Glemba and Varli? That is why $59 looks palatable from big pharma.
Come on BMY, MRK, PFE, Roche, dangle that carrot in front of the BOD. Better to see a buyout offer than another round of floating more CLDX stock on the market to get Rintega commercialized in 2017.
One guy walks into a casino and places ONE bet at the roulette table. Red or black, odd or even, it doesn't matter. The wheel is spun, the ball is launched and the game is played. There is a 50% chance of winning. Win or lose- end of story.
The other guy invests in five biotech stocks after doing DD, watches all the market gyrations and agonizes over when to bail. Five years go by and he has made money on one stock with the other four going bust.
The winner in my opinion is the guy who takes one chance at the casino.
My strategy going forward is to move away from biotech and into large cap pharma. CLDX going down this much is insane.
Viva la Bernie. I'm surprised by the momentum he is gaining. A California nurses union just signed on board.
Mr. Market doesn't like waiting until 2016 for Rintega approval. Sucks!
Don Frankie, Obama is not to be blamed for the 18T debt. The U.S. debt began to expand with Nixon's decision to decouple the dollar from the gold standard in 1971. The percent change in U.S. public debt is lower today than it was in the mid 1970's up through the Ray-Gun years. So, the blame for the high debt levels should fall on the U.S. moving to a FIAT currency. This fact combined with a true global economic picture tells the tale
cy, So sorry that you sold out of PFE. Next to GE,BAC and CLDX, PFE is one of my largest holdings. I bought a lot of shares in the low 20's thru the DRIP and continue to hold. I wish however that I opted for the spin off of the animal health unit when it occurred. Over all, with the dividend, it's a great stock.
Wouldn't it be a riot if PFE buys CLDX.
