    A HIGHLY scalable recurring annuity-like model..... should yield considerable financial leverage.
    Spindle has several revenue streams and I would agree that your projections in terms of revenue will be correct. I had a business that had a scalable recurring revenue stream which did well. But it was not until I had several revenue streams that fed off each other did I see a growth trajectory that was vertical.
    The call center should be up and running by july. 2QT should be very interesting. Do your projections take into account the call center in 3QT?

    You crossed the line in your prior message. I see you deleted it.
    Good talent is a dime a dozen now a days. The call center does not need college grads. Its done with other companies right now. Pay them well or let them stand in line with all the other college grads looking for a good job.
    No more shares

    6 x's EBIT. That multiple will go much higher if Spindle can show consistent growth both on the top line and bottom line YOY. There are other companies that do not have the entire unified commerce package that Spindle has that are blowing out earnings right now.
    That would also apply as a tuck in if we are bought by a competitor. If we are bought as a platform the Multiple will be much higher.
    I would like to see management continue the earnings growth and not dilute the shares. They mentioned they have expenses under control as well as the cash burn so there should be no more dilution. Spindle has turned the corner and anyone coming on board now should not be awarded shares. The shareholders who have stuck it out and the management that is in place should be the only ones rewarded at this point. Jumping on the gravy train now only hurts the shareholders. You want shares buy them.

    "Revenues increased 128% sequentially over the fourth quarter of 2015;
    Gross profits were up 635% for the first quarter of 2016 compared to fourth quarter of 2015"

    If projections are correct and Spindle keeps this Revenue growth sequentially quarterly and YOY that will draw the attention of Wallstreet which in turn will increase Spindles liquidity and volatility. That my friends makes for a nice share price.

    The model does work as I have stated before. The sequential revenue growth will continue and bring a great deal of shareholder value.

    This model works. Now that they have redirected their focus, its off to the races. My due diligence has gone way beyond Spindle. It was a chance encounter and a relationship with no ties to Spindle. The relationship was not a person. Its a no brainer. Be patient.

    The bid/ask has been widening and who ever unloaded the cheap shares, thank you, will be disappointed. This next earnings report should reveal the future for earnings growth.

    I did buy more shares and so far not doing well in terms of share appreciation. I could eat this big time if they do not get the revenue side going. Next shareholders meeting should shed some light. Unfortunately the walls have ears and that is not reflected in the share price. If the company was increasing revenue the street catches wind of that fact and buys before everyone else. Daily volume is not encouraging.

    On May 26, 2015, Spindle, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a loyalty agreement (the "Agreement") with Help Worldwide, Inc. ("HWW"). The Agreement provided that the Company would join the HWW network and become a licensed Loyalty Program Operator to enable delivery of a Yowza!! Points program for consumers and merchants in the Yowza!! program. Additionally, HWW was to build a Yowza!! branded Rewards Mall for the redemption of Yowza!! Points. On February 9, 2016, the Company delivered a formal termination letter to HWW for material breach of the Agreement and demanded return of 6,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock issued to HWW.

    Beammeup1-harrison613-mobilfullofbull- think think think! I would be willing to bet you are the same person for the simply fact you look at debt/share conversion as a negative and ignore the shares purchased.
    If I took 3 somewhat savy investors and gave them this exact scenario I would bet they would weigh the shares purchased. You think they purchased shares for a take under at 5 cents or less. That is funny.
    I disagree with Cash "you need to up your meds", I say stop.
