Yesterday I tried to sell Mar 22.5 at the ask and no takers.
Stock seems to be in distribution mode last couple sessions.
Not only NQ but my other watched stocks started tanking around 3pm.
It seemed like some hedge funds booking profits for the end of the month.
I could have bought at 17 and changes, but I don't trade stocks anymore. Only options.
By the time I entered the options, the stock already rebounded.
Don't think there is much squeeze.
Shorts already hedged with their calls.
When chart traders start leaving, it's time to rise.
Don't count on it. Shorts are buying calls month after month until they can't afford to buy them.
This slow squeeze is more profitable than short squeeze.
It's short purchases to hedge against their short position.
It's better than a short squeeze.
A slow squeeze, but very profitable for option sellers.
FB & GMCR continue hitting 52-week high.
That's what I call short squeeze.
NQ is not going to have that squeeze. Feb 18 calls & March 20 calls protect the shorts for now.
