Is it possible Bill Ackman could get a series of margin calls, based on a rising HLF stock price.

As I said in my post that this is either complete victory for Ackman (SEC shut down, etc..) or complete defeat which would take this stock to $500+ on his ultimate demise and his firm going bankrupt in a day or two. There is no slow way he can cover that many shares ever. I believe we may see that $500 price target sooner than later. It all depends how strong the "big players" hands are and if they don't sell out at a $100 or so. Only time will tell.

Ackman will not be able to cover his short position because the amount of shares that are not locked up are getting smaller and smaller every day. I have said this before that this has an unlimited price target. $100, $200, $300 on up! If this goes above $70 he will be forced to cover and this will be sent into orbit! We will see how this plays out but in my opinion Ackman can't win. There is a chance he could lose his whole firm over this. If the stock goes to $300 he would be wiped out and his firm would be broke.

Look for a huge spike up today. I think Icahn has not cashed in his options.
