Your another nitwit. You assume the ruling is the end. Android will never license. Everyone said the same after MS "the flood gates are open" licenses by the dozen. It's baloney. VPN's are readily available right now and have been for over a year and VHC has NOTHING to do with them. The ruling is just a step in the process and doesn't mean anything. Look at VRNG/Google and countless others. No more than 25 if affirmed and that on a spike and then back down again. Clearly you've learned nothing.

You may be right but I disagree with the "show me" thing. Whatever the court decides is immaterial to the FACT that this company has not executed on any level the business plan as repeated in their quarterly and annual statements. Had they done so things would look a little different now, however they seem more concerned with perceived stock manipulation than with anything else. In my opinion any manipulation has worked in their favor since it should be trading around 4 dollars a share at most.If the court affirms the decision I can guarantee you any appreciable upswing in the stock will be met with relentless selling. There is no chance this doubles based on the appellate decision. It will be lucky to stay in the low 20's. All one needs to do is look back at the volume when the stock ran up through the 30's and it's obvious how fruitless hopes are. 2 or 3 trading weeks of multimillion shares a day won't happen again for Virnetx.

Go away. You're an idiot. The entire sector has bypassed this ridiculous Company. VPN's are readily available everywhere. The only thing this stock will be good for is a nice offset for all the gains in everyone's portfolio's.

You get good facts and opinions here, every bit as good as IV. You just don't like or agree with them. It's all guessing no matter what board you're on in any case. You can't argue with the fact that Virnetx provides zero information mainly because they do ZERO business.

As to value they had deals with numerous companies yet they didn't use any of those as a basis for their calculations against Apple. More importantly after listening to the arguments it appeared to me that the claim construction argument was giving the Judges problems. The Virnetx attorney actually told the Judges they to "expand" their definition of VPN's.

  • Ignoring facts is what passes for due diligence for nitwits like timingdmarkit, mcoulter and a host of other moron longs. I'm here to watch the fun. They ignore the FACT that this company and it's great leader have failed in EVERY area of growth stated in their very own 10 statements.Frankly I'm fascinated with this pile of junk. I can't believe it's above 2 dollars a share. There is no reason why it should be. I can't wait to see the destruction. It's like a car wreck, you don't want to see but you can't resist looking.

Here is why you are a clown. For someone who has lived your facts for 30 years you sure have these wrong. The inventors of the original VPN tech, M. Munger and Dr. Short and they are the ONLY inventors, were paid. They were paid by SAIC, who they worked for, when all this was patented. They don't and have never owned the patents Virnetx does and they BOUGHT them from SAIC who for their own reasons never pursued the technology in the private sector. SAIC still has rights with these patents. So stop the small guy, poor and broke inventor baloney. You clearly simply hate all things Apple.

Actually that's not true. Myself and others here have been pointing out that Virnetx has failed to launch Gabriel, failed to become a registrar or even register to be in the running to become one and has failed to sign anyone to a licensing agreement for any of there stuff and failed to even promote any of this #$%$ at any anywhere. This alone is bigger by far than anything they might receive from Apple.

Both of you clowns deserve to lose every last penny you've "invested" in this fraud company.

Do you have to hear the record? It keeps playing the same tune over and over again. Look July call open interest and you will see exactly where this stock price will be next Friday. The powers that be let it run up and they are sitting on a fortune in premiums for July and even more for September. They want to keep those premiums and are in a position to do so no matter what the Appeals court decides. Any attempt to rally this stock will be met with a storm of selling to quash it. Look back to when this stock actually made a run. Multiple million shares traded day after day for weeks before it actually moved up. While money can and will be made trading this stock after a decision either way, there simply is no hope for the new house type longs. Ain't gonna happen. Not ever.

Come on gs, you KNOW what to think, you just don't WANT to think it. This company is done. It would be different if they were an active, vibrant company going about their business and this was just a sideshow, but this is the main event. They have nothing in the wings. Even if they win Apple will continue to pursue any means available to keep from paying or prolong the time it has to pay and by then it won't matter.

You see gs this company has been reduced to one thing and it won't be decided by the market or standards boards or even any effort on their part to accomplish any of the objectives THEY keep laying out in their 10 statements. It will be decided by a couple of judges and then there will be more of the same between both parties. It is a hopelessly failed business model doomed to complete failure.

Instead of making a vain attempt at insulting me why don't you answer the very reasonable questions you halfwit. That's the trouble, a person asks a reasonable question and they're attacked by halfwit long's who simply can't handle nor can they answer the question. So what did happen to all the standards and the Virnetx's "essential patents" you insufferable moron?

  • ospreysailors by ospreysailors Jul 2, 2014 6:53 PM Flag

to the "deemed essential " nonsense? What about all the standards baloney? How about the whole registrar deal? Longs are down to seeds and stems and really, I mean honestly, have no hope. Some things however must be experienced first hand and no amount of honest, good intentioned warning will help. Good Luck with your "investment",

Without a decision this stock must retreat back down to 12 or lower. It's valuation is ridiculous.

Is it for sure that the ruling hasn't been made and is being written up to be released in the day's to come? I mean are the rulings released the day they are made or is there a lead time from one to the other? There is the possibility, if no ruling has been made, that both parties will have to re-argue before the court once a new Judge is seated.
