Actually -- not great news would have an adverse effect sending the AH price downward. I simply think the news was not significant either way (up or down) to move the needle in any meaningful direction.
No, what I see (and others who pay attention) are the Law Firm notices and the "dates" those notices were posted. Last one was on this MB - July 17th... that clearly doesn't warrant a statement of "attorney's advertising everyday.".
"spend time with family" words to live by. If we all did more of that the world would be a better place. Good for you futuristic5712. Cheers from the Beach House - Tommyboy.
My dream is to make $$$ on this stock (as with every stock I own - it's called investing) and my wallet got nice and fat in May -- and I'm back in for another profitable go-around however "long" it takes.
One lead Plaintiff after all these weeks and weeks of solicitation(s) by all these law firms, Pretty weak case and only further validates the success of the Lung study and results thereof IMO.
Sounds like it's time for a deal or agreement to be cut in order to calm things down. Is there really any serious investigations being done here to see if either side has a solid case? Both sides could benefit from a Street retraction and a positive AF article to set things straight and try to reverse the damage.
They have nothing... all these "reminders" being sent out in an attempt to get a lead plaintiff. Completely baseless. IMO once the July 21st date passes and no class action suit(s) materialize, the PPS goes north. Mark it.
Nah. It will be much much sooner than that. But first, they'll be plenty more embarrassing "reminders" from the law firms that they're still searching for that "lead plaintiff" --- you know, those type of public "reminders" which are so necessary when one has such a strong case and all...
I'm a native New Yorker, but have lived in NJ for years. I know 2 people who work at Valley (neither are Doctors). As "theshareprice30" eluded to -- it is in a affluent area (i.e. Ridgewood). The surrounding areas are affluent as well - Ho-Ho-Kus, Allentown, Saddle River, etc. Anyway... Valley is a very well known and good hospital, albeit, a relatively smaller facility, than say a St. Barnabas or Hackensack Medical Center.
Yes - NY Presbyterian Oncology has been using Cesium-131 on various applications for several years now. It all on the hospitals web site for anyone to check out. PS- I believe the also have some involvement with the Lung Study via association thru Columbia and/or Cornell.
Yes - on the NY Presbyterian Hospital web site, the Radiation Oncology section mentions C-131 as part of their treatment strategy.
Appreciate the level headed response. I'm not bailing at this stage and added some more today to average down a slight bit.
