Chyron's CEO and board has a fiduciary duty to represent the "common" shareholders as well as themselves.

Clearly they are neglecting this obligation!

Insiders are effectively receiving new equity with a valuation is excess of $6/share.

This proposed deal is a sickening perversion of public equity markets fairness, trust, and legal protections.

In the past 3 months AVID's stock is up 40%. Chyron's common shareholder value is down 4% in the same time. Why?

Because OUR equity value is being stolen by Chyron management and insiders as it is transferred to ownership of the new entity. Why can't we have that lucrative option?

This is an extreme injustice to those of us who took the risk of owning CHYR through the MWW leadership years.

We took the risk. Management is taking the reward.

This is evil in its most insidious form. There should be an uproar.

  •  Why do certain shareholders get "31% of the equity interests of Parent" while we get a price per share well below recent free market valuations?

The law firms are right to smell blood. CHYR insiders are walking all over us common shareholders.

Why should this be allowed? Our CEO would never go for this deal if he only got 2.82/share like the rest of us...

We all know this is worth $4+ per share in a real bid as the open market recently proved.

Take away the auto segment advertising bubble and what is EVC? Bankrupt.

If you think (which is true) EVC is dependent upon autos, why not invest in GM with its much higher dividend and much lower debt levels?

I Hope some of you knew this was coming and shorted before earnings release?

Pre-calculating Chyron's "loss" or Gain from its quarter closing stock price change has been one of the greatest plays in equity-land!

It is incredible how lazy/stupid investors are.

One simply must not pass up these inefficiencies...
