I bought the whole Vical train. Buy a Vical ticket and I'll let you ride with out fear of being caught like you were with Isis
Rejecting the drug limits the patients. That does not seem fair
How do you say who gets it and who doesn't. No doubt the right
decision is to make it accessible to everyone that wants it. Making it unavailable is a violation of the constitution.
Absolutely a biased moderator...Farkas was angry. About what? The questions were biased.
They couldn't ask the simple question should this drug be approved, which is what the meeting was all about. They added qualifiers relating to the standard clinical trial, but this is not a disease where all requirements of the standard trial can be met.
"Bow to public pressure" Should be bow to people who are working with the drug. Bow to common sense
I remember this video being shown years ago Why I was so high on Avi at the time. No doubt the dog knows nothing about trying extra hard or other dogs not receiving the drug.
You're right. I think it is a unique situation and conditional approval is the best option. Also it is not just the patients that think the drug is useful.
Three abstained because there was a conflict in the question. Well conducted controlled trial versus what was heard during the meeting. Based on the former, you vote no, (FDA's contention all along
) But based on all the testimony and the risk associated in option 2, you have to approve the drug.
Absolutely Had the question asked, based on what you heard today should this drug be approved. There would have been a positive vote.
