Just need a little clarification. The tear down from ifixit show invn inside the Galaxy smart phones, states, "InvenSense MP65M 6-Axis Accel + Gyro, and Samsung C2N89U (likely image processor)" and "InvenSense IDG-2030 dual axis gyroscope for optical image stabilization". But STM's conference call states, "Began ramping production of 6-axis ultra-low-power MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope for Samsung Galaxy smartphones." Which is it? STM ramp up without win??
If you check compensation for last year 2014. CEO made just over 500,000. In 2013 made 6 Million. Sold 15% of holdings. Maybe it is just a money thing. Guesswork at best. To sell stock after earnings if good guidance is given can be seen manipulative as well. Pump and Dump so to speak. Maybe selling a small portion of entire holding before earnings is the safest and best way to sell company shares as a ceo. Just thinking.
