"Now turning to guidance, the macroeconomic environment remains highly uncertain and at this point we are expecting Q2 2015 revenue growth will be in a range of 9% to 12%" Revenues are not in decline.
they cite attendance, but was surprised at the amount of votes against him. He is not canned, the board will have the final say. Seeing how he was so instrumental in the making of the company I will be surprised to see him go.
In determining value, free cash flow is often used and has been professed by Graham and Buffet. The equation is LFCF/Shares Out = X..Then, Price/X. 15 is a buy/undervalued, 30 a sell/fully valued. $FONR is an 8.79. Long way to go by this metric. 7.69M/6.05=1.27 11.00/1.27=8.66 if price was19 then 19/1.27=15. Should be about 19 to start.

Nice synopsis of where we stand. Thanks for writing it so directly. I would like to know, if you don't mind, what your idea is on the short positions. What is there thesis, and how far do you think they are looking to go. I like investing in stocks that I think are misunderstood, but with that short float, that's a lot of misunderstanding. Thanks again.
just out of curiosity, I saw coughing was a more common side affect. like 18% of the study. Did you notice any of that. Congrats on your success, it must be a wonderful feeling!!!
agreed, one of the sorriest cc I've listened too. I took CFO spot as Pera wants to spend money and CFO probably wanted to take care of capital. That's prob why Pera answered that buyback question so ridiculously. At some point Pera needs to realize he is not the only one vested in this company. I was/am pretty angry at how he acted on that call, could care less about his shareholders. Seems like he was trying to act like Zuck without the business to back it up.
