Not really, you cannot honestly say that the mainland economy is as bad as the PR economy. First: bonds are not rated almost junk. Second, most economic indicators are up: NGP: unemployment figures are down: retail sales are up: real estate sales and prices are recovering, etc. none of these are happening at the island yet.
