Lots of options exercised. No sells. That's a good sign. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I think today was the last day for a last ditch motion to be file. Hopefully nothing does.

looks like Black Rock is involved. I can't determine the amount of shares though.

  • paintball_is_stellar by paintball_is_stellar Jan 16, 2016 12:21 PM Flag

Guess that didn't happen. Can a lawsuit happen now? Can we vote Bob out? Lets get it going and lets turn this company into a cash machine!!!!! Time to bring a dose of reality to the fairy tale dreamers.

Kinder Morgan (KMI) feel? Down 61% for the year. Bio's didn't recover through the 4th quarter because we are a high risk sector. In a period of unrest and uncertainty, the high risk sector is going to be obliterated. I would say though, that when the sector turns around, it will be an indication that investors feel a sense of security in investments. Until that time comes, Bio's will be beaten up. It's going to be a rough year, but timing could work out really well for ECYT. Think about it, what a great time to work through your lower phase trials while the world implodes.....LOL As for the press releases, I wouldn't expect any really until 2 Feb passes. Management want to keep their mouths shut to make sure they dodged a bullet. I personally don't feel they did anything wrong. Unlike the CEO of MACK who said he'd have a deal for MM-121 by the end of the year.....yeah, that didn't happen.

It's good to see you back on here.
The brief for the JP Morgan conference is on the website. It seems they are treating some folks every day and are seeing the best results from it. I wonder if that means the FDA granted their request to treat non-stop.
As to the sell off....the market gave up 40 points in 15 min today at the end. I almost feel that everyone has been talking about how "the market needs to correct" that investors are choosing to make this the moment. There are some great value plays out there right now. I think this is one of them personally. The CEO of this company is solid and I think he pulls one out. I'm down a LOT but I'm not selling.

Glad to see the lawsuit was thrown out. I like this management and hope they are successful.

There is a Dec presentation on the website. Slide 24 looks good. They have a few pieces of data on 1456 saying 5/5 cured and 4/5 cured. Anyone care to take a look and provide input? I'm not that scientific.

  • paintball_is_stellar paintball_is_stellar Dec 23, 2015 6:50 PM Flag

YES!!! So how can we get him removed? I'm sure if everyone is honest with the amount of shares on this board that some sort of action could be initiated.

  • paintball_is_stellar by paintball_is_stellar Dec 22, 2015 5:13 PM Flag

having the share price get schwacked prevented them from offering more stock. Not sure about this new debt deal. This company is a mess. How can we vote this douche bag out????

    Smile,

I agree that the science is virtually in uncharted territory. Had 145 been pulled of the market for health reason, I would have been gone a long time ago. Also, I know a guy who's relative built the lab for Endocyte. This is this guy's profession- building labs for biotechs. His opinion is that the drug will work and he still holds his shares that Endocyte paid him. Apparently, if he doesn't believe the tech will work he just sells the shares. So there's that for what its worth
I'm actually glad to hear that the employees are tight lipped. That can go both ways in the sense of good/bad news. However, their quietness proves Ron has a good handle on his team.
Finally, I know I mentioned this last time about the earnings call, but I have to revisit it. I keep going to the fact where Ron said the managers for the testing facilities were "excited" about the drug and how they have to "turn people away" from the trials because they have enough. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and I can't help but think that as all these test patients go to this site and are sitting in the waiting room talking about each other diseases that they have to be talking about which trial they are taking and how it's working. If something is working, I guarantee those guys are telling others about it. Thoughts or am I flawed in my thinking?

Do you really talk to the employees? If so, care to share any insight? Thanks!

Big up day and we are down. Probably will trade here till the option expiration. Would really like to see a bottom. Trading a flat bottom is better than death by a thousand cuts. Would really like to hear that they have moved onto phase 2 and the patients currently being tested have seen their cancer go into remission. Maybe 2016 will be a good year.

So, one other guy on the boards here mentioned that a person stood up and asked what was up with the 121 deal. In 23 days, if there is no deal, the street will trash this company and will ensure that there is no way for them to sell more shares. It won't be worth it. The CEO has lost credibility and predictability which are two cardinal elements to be worth anything on the street. Bob is too dumb to realize this.

So I've been following the board messages. Most everyone believes there is another stock offerring. More dilution, a Ceo that can't do squat, a group of employees living a pie in the sky dream. Sell this POS before it goes down further. Ceo has lost all credibility. Hedge funds are dumping it I guarantee it. Mack get you head out of your 4th point of contact.
