Upped my position by 25% today, at that $24 mentioned. Seems like a good add-to point, and pretty near my cost average. The world continues needing fertilizer. Seems like a reasonable assumption going forward too. Excuse the morbidity, but if our plant stays 1 of the species that doesn't spontaneously combust, this actually is a good company to own. Good luck to UAN longs.

My 1st modest, position of MXF was placed in my IRA today, @ $32.25 . Looks like i could've waited a few more minutes, and paid a bit less. Heck, I may just get slaughtered here in general. The price has been following the asset value down for a bit now. But I like Mexico's stepping up to the plate, as our new production floor. Mexican quality can be pretty good too. My American Stratocaster is only marginally nicer than my Mexi-Strat. I think we'll push higher from here, that's why I'm in today. Good luck to MXF Longs.

Hey ! How's things in your bomb shelter ? Oooh, cute aluminum foil hat, I see you've gone with the more advanced 3 antenna model, good for you ! Even if the sky is falling, what does that have to do with the excellent company ETP, and the great quarterly results announced an hour ago ?
Sentiment: Buy
I've been in and out of NFJ, usually in, currently, fully out, over the last few years. I sold out, last Friday, at $16.93, seems like a good move now. It's hard to dislike a 10+% dividend. From their latest report, it really doesn't seem like they earn enough to fund the $1.80 / year dividend. Do funds like this ever slash dividends ? Does anyone think that NFJ's dividend could be cut ?
Sentiment: Hold
Placed my 1st ever, modest chunk of CMLP into my IRA today. 300 units at $23.85. Of course it ended the day a nickel less, but my horizon is a bit longer than tomorrow. I like this company's nat gas model, decent cash flow, and assets. I think the future is very bright for nat gas in the U.S. Not every president will be determined to hinder the inevitable. I, as is common for me, took advantage of the recent secondary offering's customary price dip. I'm thinking $25 / unit , by year's end is pretty likely, with a nice dividend added to boot. If nat gas stays at it's current $4 level, we could see even more unit appreciation. Good luck to all longs !

Sure sounds familiar to me. Today's surge, could be the beginning of something good, like the optimists here think. I tend to think it's more of a classic dead cat bounce, with a touch of that other classic, the always popular 'pump and dump". Time will tell.

Any of you gluttons for punishment still cost averaging down ? How much more can you lose ? Well, you could actully lose your house, if you're delusional enough to 2nd mortgage it, to load up with this POS. Before the dividend butchering, AT was an 8-10% payer. There's no logical reason for this not to migrate towards $4/share, and get back to a 10% dividend. Until the next other shoe drops that is .......
