    Partnership

Thy have been around long enough to know that maybe jumping on the wagon where there are currently inferior/no treatments like wound healing, no option cardiac leading into a multi billion dollar market with expansion.... breast recontruction after radiation treatment to mention a few. Sure I get the KILL IT theory, but when the U.S. govmt jumps on board you would think these companies are smart enough o know their days are numbered. OR MAYBE NOT was my point!!!!!
What with the market consipiracy theory and the big pharma kill it conspiracy we might as well throw in th towell and let everything go to the wall!!!
My whole point is if baxter had this science where would it be today, you think a bozo working for them could of changed direction and held things back like these bunch have??? His head would have been on the block after he shut down the sales team that was put in place for the big ramp up in Europe while waiting on BR reimbursement...BR never came because this bunch have not got a clue what will fly and what will not, the website, the videos the trials OMG what a shambles!!! I wonder if women have even used the science on a pay to play basis???
Of course we believe Charlie... some of us don't even trade this thing, but the questions and frustrations should be shared, I mean all thehaters got rid of CC (great job) maybe if we #$%$ enough somebody will take notice.

Okay how about long term investor??? Your thinking has had a massive impact we are at 2.13 LOL

  • palaceo7 by palaceo7 Jul 18, 2014 11:33 AM Flag

Forget the pie in the sky Lorem deal and BARDA cuz neither have had a positive impact to date. Ask WHY OH WHY has no other pharma jumped on board...NADA nothing from all those companies that have the opportunity to be a part of the "GOLD STANDARD.
In 2009 we were told that partnerships were a priority imo not one partnership has evolved that would help commercialize this science. Not one partnership that helps eliminate the constant need for dilution.
    Can they all be wrong?????

Are you saying that your statement *****Either continued game-playing by the short-interest-contingent, or someone with cold feet is also nuts! JMHO.*****
Is more important REALLY DUDE get a grip. If you cannot see the importance of a company in this field getting bad press because of the potential of infection then you really are buried deep in the sand. Let me tell you what would be more useful DONT POST PERIOD especielly real news then we could all sit around and read your useless opinions on how we are so undervalued.
Did you ever consider that maybe somebody has had enough of this companies performance and just wants out because they feel they have a better chance elsewhere or maybe somebody has an insight that we dont???? Yes that includes you.
Why do you need these old timers to validate the science you think that is going to make a difference at the moment? They believe or they too would be gone RIGHT?
Undervalued !!!based on what PERFORMANCE??? thats a joke, watch the next round of dilution and then comment on why somebody would be buying at the moment!!
Chuck, sometimes you have someting worth reading but for the most part you contribute more with your red thumbs down with the self belief that you are the boad policeman. Wake up, you admit you dont understand the science, did you ever think maybe results are positive but not dramatic enough for some to jump on board?

So CC is gone, what an improvement NOT, but to be expected not like they move him out just before positive events unfold due to his years of work... Anybody that thought we were in for a quick turnaround was dreaming. More like they got one more bad result and said "That Mr C was the last straw" now they have to start fresh with any partnerships, etc. Expect another round of diluton anytime and a portion of the BARDA agreement put in place. It might be better to use the term FRACTION of the BARDA agreement.
So much for shareholder value and better shareholder communication!!! Does not exist up to now and b y the way if you have the Sept warrants best write them off, you got 60 days before they are a thing of the past.
Talking of BARDA !!!! What an impact based on how important that partnership is....Working out the details has us at the very bottom of the trading range over the last 5 years.(all but a few pennies)
All in all DREADFUL is the word i would best describe this investment...And to those of you that say stop complaining and sell I say go ^&*( yourself!!!!! I am venting as a long term bagholder who still believes in the science but frankly has zero faith in the group trying to cash in on it.
You would think that they would have made some strides to generate sales by now I mean c'mon they have had approval for wound healing in the EU via their x partner for years but never a mention of it, nothing to explain why it sits on the shelf of somebody somewhere.
I have never witnessed anything like it, a company that in theory has the golden egg yet unable to get a single chick from it.

For those of you that consistently get the thumbs down I thank you for your posts as they are generally more accurate than the pumpers paradise known as chuckietown!!!
The posts that actually contain lots of thumbs up with factual information I thank you also, very helpful while i cry in my coffee.
Opinions are just that, sometimes it's like the blind leading the blind.... what has to happen before the wild expectations of some change to the harsh reality of a company that has made very little headway in the last 5 years, has destroyed the bagholder value while making the naysayers very wealthy.

In this case a negative binary event would mean a toxic end to my 5 year investment. It would almost certainly be game over. However a positive binary event could very well be my payday plus some as adoption by DaVita transforms this company into a proper business with actual PROFITS and even more importantly others will have to keep up with this gold standard.

Thanks Meh8767...as expected by some of us the 56m will not come in one hit... maybe 30m if they get the nod, I will again go out on a limb and say that the sp will show modest gain if any on the news and will certainly retrace after any bump. But be aware if the news is not good it will get sold off to the 1s, sorry about the negativity I truly hope i am wrong. The BARDA deal was not well recieved (by ws) the first time round so until the later stages of any trial imo the same result here. It is the inability to convert all the data into $$ that leaves us relying on other company's, organizations to hand out money usually at a heavy cost to existing shareholders.
The "retirement" of CC has not helped WOW what a surprise??? Not really.... it's more of the same with 2020 looking like a maybe payday.

This is not an attack we both want the same thing but reality is reality!!!
REALLY CHUCKIE BABY.....Get over yourself this has been the single worst five year investment most anybody could of had out side of BK. Unless you are short or have traded . At what point do you accept that TRUTH??? No selling here i hang in there for better days but really??? This group has been unable to add any shareholder value for 5 years the last two being the worst. What do they have to do before you accept that GO BK OR SELL THE LOT FOR $3.
I still feel it will pay eventually but CC was not the only problem here otherwise the street would have added a premium for his evacuation!!! Not happened. In fact as close as we are to the BARDA meeting and history do you not fear a little from the outcome of that meeting?? Do you really think a check for 56m is on the cards? I will go out on a limb here and say there will be no check for 56m before the next qtr reporting. If they do get a check it will be partial with more milestones. Unless of course BARDA has been influenced by a couple of the big players maybe big pharma or even your short group that are looking very freakin smart at the moment.
We hve been talking about eoy sp for years we nev get it right we are always shafted, wait for them warrants who would of thought they would of and very likely will be WORTHLESS in 2009. NOT ME does that make me dumb as a rock ?? I guess so.

Just a thought but WL have been the bank for the last two loans with repayment made on a deadline with nice profit and of course a really sweet deal on shares offered at discounts. Maybe they like the transactions that keep paying a nice premium for short term loans and cheap shares funded by the interest on the loans. Yes some dilution but we all know at this stage it matters not if NEPH hit a HOMER.

Like you been here way to long to sell now that is funny stuff...I understand why somebody might reduce there holding at a profit but with this volume (even though its up) we are talking a few bucks as opposed to the potential IF the trial goes well. Who knows when the sell button is pushed by the board but it has to happen at some stage hopefully in a year when revenues have made month on month LEAPS to profit with more and more adoption. $7 is very realistice $10 is very possible $15 is a bit of a dream but hey why not???
I shall be unloading a few along the way but zero before high 4s unless greed sets in LOL...

If my memory serves me right Bellco has first right of refusal to purchase the technology so a bidding war is possible.... They were also pretty cute to give $600000 for extending the license and reducing the royalty due. If I was selling the pants off somethng like this 600k sounds pretty inexpensive when you take the potential cost of goods IF IF IF if they are moving large numbers of units they reduce their cost of goods whle securing the license for an extended period thus holding the first right of refusal...All in all they took advantage of the sad little cash strapped company. However every dog has it's day NEPH has things moving in the right direction, 6 months from now when the testing has confirmed what we already know somebody is gonna want to secure this technology and that will come at a cost or even a PREMIUM. Ultimately patients could well be demanding the gold standard when the word gets out about the differences.
