This is the very reason I did not sign on with the last offering and will not this time. I am not saying this is a dead loss but frankly they seem to be going nowhere and FAST!!!!
A buyout is the only viable option and Imo that is why there are no placements in the so called ten locations. Some companies with great products just don't make it to market because they don't know how!!! These guys are clueless, the only good news YET ANOTHER BRIDGE LOAN that will guarantee W/L profit providing enough of the suckers sign up. By the way look at what happens if they dont get paid back within the timeline!!
Long sufferers are worse of today than at any other time simply because they have everything in terms of approvals, thumbs up from military, support from shareholders YET THEY STILL CANNOT GET THE JOB DONE.
The funny thing!! They actually think it's okay to keep us in the dark then ask for more funding, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of an eventual lawsuit that puts this company out of business, somebody will benefit from the IP.
The big question is IF I FOLLOW THE MONEY I wait because W/L are still providing funds but that might be because at this stage of the game they have to.
GLTA no warm and fuzzy from this 5 year sufferer.
I agree they are taking a risk but they seem to do just fine, this is currently undervalued in terms of potential but there really is no rush to buy in so they continue the games and will continue to make money. Investigator trials Barda Lorem blah blah blah but bottom line revenues will be the driver or a monumental deal that looks less and less likely at this point. The short interest is on the way up in a big way and the likes of JK Walters will ridicule us all the way to the bank. Unfortunate but reality....THE GOOD NEWS!!! The Lorem deal was unexpected, the CC was not bad although some miserable numbers that should grow through the 4th qtr. We now wait until MARCH 2014 to find out just how they did with a 14ml target. Almost five months for the games and certainly a period imo of time when the sp will decline and the positive attitudes on this board will transform back to frustrated.
As for me, I might even add some down the road when the dust settles, for what it's worth I see us in a very different place 12 months from now. But what do i know been here so long I forgot what warm and fuzzy feels like.
This guy is more than a real estate developer, I think it worth considering for all the issues we have with certain members of the cytx team they would never associate themselves with a ZERO in fear of the damage to other deals and even others avoiding them. After reading the AF article it's almost a desperate bid to slow down the train and frankly he has always been in the corner of HATERS so the timing should be no surprise. AF has gone overboard this time, I am not sure if this will come back to haunt him probably not but if/when more proof is on the table he should be visited and lose any audience that believes a word his morally bankrupt mind speaks.
This action is normal for longs we have seen it all before, so we wait I think tomorrow might be a well anticipated CC that hopefully puts the AF theory to bed and sets the road for more good news.
This deal gave up some crumbs of a very big pie that has solved the immediate need for cash that could in theory eliminate the need for further dilution via the traditional de valuation method. I am no expert but I see a little bounce back today, not that it matters.
Supposed to ramp up in 3rd qtr but based on japan approval WHO KNOWS 3-4.2ml is my guess.
If it's not above 4 no chance with Year target
BARDA imo was a great deal and will prove to be a gamechanger but i was talking about the shareholder value it added....amounted to 00000 thats all. Thats a fact we were all shocked by the lack of impact, I must confess this does have a little more BITE after hours anyway.
Dude I want good news as much as anybody here, does the fact that this deal is done with a start up raise no questions....I mean as an example will they ever sell a system???? they have no track record, after allm GE had it for how long? While whoever it is that has come up with these funds has cash it does not validate their ability to move this on in spades. How about it has been purchased and will get locked away like the electric car was for 40 years. I realize that sounds very stupid but this is big business and it was only 3 hours ago that most on this board would have believed our CEO could have done such a bad deal.
I keep my fingers crossed and have much interest in how things go leading into Thursday, I am very hopeful we have turned a corner but need a little more meet on the bone before I buy the wine.
Thanks again for your input, the BARDA agreement was huge or so we thought but honestly in terms of $$ had no value to the bottom line. While if successful it will secure funds that eliminate the need for further dilution it was soon forgotton and the control of this stock was again in the hands of the few to short/trade as they please. Do you consider this latest deal the start of the brighter future. If I sound a little skeptical its because I am, after all it was only a couple of years ago that Astallas went in at $7 witha first right of refusal that should have sealed the bottom yet all was forgotten and still they have not signed on for the long haul.
I realize the retail investor is never in a strong position but my experience here has certainly made me question the moral and ethical actions of the circus known as WS.
Again I ask, have you been watching CYTX long? Is this a company you have recently invested in, I only ask because of your apparent knowledge of both deals and I would ask the question where have you been while we have been fighting amongst ourselves. TIA
U seem an educated person how do you feel this deal stacks up against the BARDA deal.
Thanks for your input, how long have you been watching here?
Hey I get it but you "c'mon" its great news i am not negative but this is not BAXTER its a start up we need to know more before we book the VEGAS rooms.
Nice work WST but #$%$ is he cuz we dont need another that does not know how to get this to market..lol We already got our fill of them
Looks like 24ml very shortley with a little sales attached and up to 500ml when approvals are followed by sales. Nice deal but dont read to much into the 500ml the good news we have a stay of execution with 24ml of shares sold at $3. Beats a secondary at $2
The 500ml is all about milestones that will not arrive anytime soon, but for the geographic area given up still a nice deal. (eventually)
