Well this stock is highly manipulated and tricky to time but I think it'll get back over $3 before the next earnings report.....a good example is today where they have the stock down when the company actually beat the analyst eps estimate by .03 lol.
Inventory of Tier 3-4 chinese cities is slowly but surely coming down as Tier 1-2 chinese cities continue to boom so this should be near or around the bottom for Tier 3-4 cities.

hgsh - china's housing market is now entering a boom cycle but this is one of the few firms that even turns a profit in bust cycles.. a p/e ratio under 3 with what's coming is just stupid cheap... eventually value and momentum traders will return and drive this stock back over $5, in a bull market, perhaps $10 which would be a standard p/e for the industry
