I feel the same way and sold this morning at a small loss. There may be nothing to this. But when the CEO says they are going to "conduct additional levels of quality control "....well that is a concerning statement. I hoped for a big bounce. But I fear where there is smoke there is fire.
44M short shares and huge revenue revision upward...not saying there will be a huge short covering rally....but shorts have to see a diminishing return on their position. Downside risk appears to now be gone.
Hagen....quiet for a while now. I am guessing that MDR did not drop as much as expected and you are now out with a small profit. Analysts starting to come out with positive comments.
Geeze everyone chill. That was actually a pretty funny post after LL. Don't think he is short at all, just trying to be clever.
I like the movement of the stock. Nice steady upward movement supporting volume. No huge spikes.
Looking at the chart, pullback at .82 was predictable. However, no resistance until mid .90s after .82 is broken thru. And then after that we are well over $1.
Wow, talk about an ambulance chaser. ! Blueberry, this is old news. The fact they remedied the situation and were not delisted speaks volumes.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Looks like when the news got out, someone sold their shares at the market and has burned everyone.
With 19M shares outstanding, it doesn't take much to move. But wow what a move. The AH volume is only about 400k more than day volume. Sunk on bad news and low volume.
AERI does have other products (see below) but this was the only in Phase lll.
Roclatan, a once-daily eye drop to reduce IOP that has completed Phase IIb clinical trial in patients with open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. The company also provides AR-13533, a second-generation ROCK/NET inhibitor that offers additional IOP-lowering effect in patients with glaucoma is in preclinical studies
PE and Forward PE (15 & 13) are good. The earning miss is slight. The low float+miss+resignation=exaggerated AH move.
AH is a great entry point. Nothing scary here.
When I read the news, I thought I could get a short in right after the halt around $30. When it gap opened below $10 I was stunned and went long instead. What a drop in AH. Low volume and low float contributed to the over done plunge.
