CHCI is most undervalued homebuilder by a mile. On Friday guidedicated for $20 MM Q4 revenue based on historical margins should give $.20 EPS
Agree this makes no sense unless the big boys know something that has not been disclosed or there is some forced selling by funds.
Convertible at $3.60.
Sorry must have missed it
Is that reasonable?
Disadvantage? Then why would it go up?
The documents related to something positive, but making public not be in best interest of company
I found out that today on Fidelity there was news of a CTO (Confidential Treatment Order) they put in with the SEC recently. This is usually done to keep certain documents secret from the public when price agreements are entered into that would put the company at a disadvantage with their competitors... could have something to do with the HUGE volume today.
