Sold today - down 18K. Probably easy for you to be calm with your $500 investment, but for some of us, this is a disaster with REAL losses. Everyone keeps yelling HOLD with the stock plummeting and NO NEWS. And hell yes this is a bash. When I'm down 80% I'll bash it all day.

I bought every time you said to buy. Now down 80%. No one should listen to your nonsense.

No news in a month. Horrible communication from co. Tired of watching my account slowing go down to nothing. Also tired of all the posts about becoming a millionaire. You're worse than the bashers.

I hope the longs end up realizing some profits eventually.

I'm guessing they have license in hand and are just going to create the new company so that there are less outstanding shares. Shareholders will not lose any current value when (and if) the move occurs, but the number of shares they own will more than likely be decreased.

To me, it's actually really good news as they move towards becoming a 'real' company and possibly uplisted. The BOD resigning before this happens - no idea if that's standard practice or why legally that would happen. Maybe someone else could shed some light.

  • Tomorrow could be a big day...

  • The bottom line is not town is going to risk losing millions of dollars of tax revenue on the voices of a few concerned citizens AFTER the building is already built.

The time for objections has come and gone.

This would be the equivalent of granting zoning for Wal-Mart, a Wal-Mart being built and then citizens complaining and the Wal-Mart never opens. Not going to happen - ever.

They town would risk a massive lawsuit that they would most likely lose costing them millions.

Think how many times a builder wants to build a neighborhood and local residents complain. Even before it's started, it usually gets approved over the resident's objections. Imagine if an entire neighborhood was developed and THEN people complained. You think a town council will tell them to tear it down?

I'm hoping for another dip today. This news is actually shaking out some trades. Good. More upside.
