yeah agree. Dalvacin has promise, but I will wait for a better re-entry point down the road or just let it pass. I´m now in big on my next PDUFA run up play, ACRX. have you checked that one? you have a drug sales background it seems ?

Dude, it´s not that complicated. Every one and his mother were expecting approval. Think of it as an sports bet: If you bet Brazil will win the Soccer World cup you will get a paltry return if Brazil wins. If you bet Nigeria will, you will get paid 100 to 1 or something like that in case they win. Same Works for stocks. There was no way but to go down for DRTX after approval. Had you holded a stock into a positive crucial FDA decision where no one ever expected the approval, you would be now be having a great run on it.

I almost feel bad for those CNBC suckers buying up at 17 and above in the last few minutes of regular trading. I even wonder if that mention was coordinated with the shorts to facilitate higher prices. Everything could happen in this rotten market. Anyone has a link to the CNBC mention or can tell me how to seach for it. thanks

This might be just posturing like they really want to go it alone but really want to put pressure on potential buyer. DRTX, another holding of mine did a similar shelf for 200M and it hasnt stopped going up ever since, going in to their PDUFA date on 26th May.

Hey kitty. CEMP another one in the same space that it´s been very weak. I would tend to see it the otherway around ... DRTX is decoupling from the general weakness in bio-tech, leading to PDUFA date, while CEMP and TTPH are just acting as expected on this bio sell off with no near term catalysts. TTPH it´s an interesting one if one is interested in antibiotics, not a one tric pony as DRTX but catalysts far and away right now. Will keep looking at it for an extremely oversold posible entry point. What else are you buying these days? Where is the Robbing band of longs these days? Since the ACRX board turned into #$%$ I have lost sight of many of you. Whatever happened to patchen ???

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Can anyone confirm this or is it just plain BS? I tried reading the last financials from sec but couldnt find any reference to this amount supposedly due very soon from Merck to pay to ECYT ads part of their collaboration.. If it would be true, then ECYT would already be trading below cash now once this next payment is made

    Sentiment: Hold
