We will see the first of many class action suits against the frauds that ran OCZ next week.

If in fact Toshiba walks away with OCZ for a measly 35m, I submit that proves the case that FRAUD has
been inflicted on it's shareholders that were totally lied to by OCZ management from day one(RS,CEO). SEE YOU IN COURT OCZ

    Chances of multiple bidders? thoughts

    Some possible bidders:
    Company MarketCap

    Sandisk 16B
    Micron 25B
    Seagate 20B
    W. Digital 21B

Sandisk hit a 52 week high today. Says their 2014 SSD revenue will be
    up to 25%.

For these 4 companies(plus) that are fighting to the death, SSD's will be decisive going forward.
What's a 100-200 million bid for OCZ to these fat cat companies. I would think
their biggest fear is the company that gets the great technology that OCZ

OCZ is up a lousy 50% today.

Yes, maybe, why not, could happen, remember SIRI. Think about it, you can
buy 2 thousand shares for a measly 100 bucks. THINK ABOUT IT AGAIN.
We longs have lost thousands, what's another Ben Franklin. It's a NEW YEAR you know.
    GO FOR IT!!!

Please correct me if I am wrong, but Toshiba doesn't own OCZ until they win it at auction in January

Keep in mind that on the last day Siri was about to declare bankruptcy, Liberty Media swooped in
and bought in at 14 cents. Siri now being around 3.50, that's over a 2 thousand percentage gain(I think).

Seems to me, OCZ is worth a shot. REMEMBER, I TOLD YOU SHOW!!!

Given how much we longs have lost to OCZ fraudulent management, it's worth a shot.

Even if we lose on that bet, the class action lawyers are salivating at the opportunity to
to go after OCZ. The OCZ story is far from over. My class action lawyer tells me this is what he lives for.
He is taking this case for no fee and relying on 30% of any recovery. I SIGNED UP IMMEDIATELY.

Let the music play on. Hang in their longs. These cases take years. Just relax and let the criminals
be exposed. OCZ has plenty of insurance for us.

I know I shouldn't but I am ready to let OCZ go for a lousy 1 BILLION. Just call me easy.

    Who are the OCZ insurers?

They are about to be sued up the yang, yang for OCZ's fraud.

Think about it. The class action law firms can't wait to jump in to represent OCZ stockholders against this 35M
fraud. PLEASE CONTACT ME. Let me know how to contact you.

Stockholders, put your shares in your sock draw for a couple of years. Yes, it's going to take that long.
I can't begin to relate the number of fraudulent statements that OCZ(I actually relied on their lies like 700M in sales, 'MSFT is now one of our customers', MSFT didn't spend a dime with OCZ, ETC.,ETC.

OCZ was started by a convicted felon( Ryan Petersen) and OCZ might be finishing with a bigger

Love your posts. YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!!!!

Can't believe the frauds that have been running OCZ. First RP and now RS.

Can't wait until we haul RS's #$%$ into court. 35 million for OCZ, what a freaking phony fraud he is.

Hard to believe a higher offer will not be forthcoming. OCZ had to grab a chair(Toshiba) before
the music stopped. However, the Judge will start up the music one more time before the dance is over.

Let the lawsuits begin. The lawyers, accountants and investment firms that helped the OCZ
fraud are about to be sued up the yang, yang. Peterson was a convicted felon and that fact
was never disclosed(not to me). Longs, don't sell a share. You will be rewarded in time(couple of years).

  • paranchymadew by paranchymadew Dec 4, 2013 3:21 PM Flag

I don't know that we will ever know if Seagate's 10 to15 dollar offer for OCZ was total fiction.

But ina world that facebook bought Instagram for one BILLION. Instagram had 13 employees and
NO revenues. Snapchat, that has 30 employees and NO revenues was offered 3 billion by Facebook.
    Snapchat said NO THANKS.

I have been for years listening to the reported top shelf technology of OCZ. If it happens and Toshiba
walks away with OCZ for a pittance(35m). I can't wait for the huge class action suits. I can't wait
to sign up with the class action lawyers.

I bought because of a recommendation at Daugherty and Co. They never informed me that
Ryan Peterson was a convicted felon. I am coming after Daugherty big time.

I would think that a Big Boy matching Toshiba's afloat money. This would be petty cash
for a company that absolutely wanted OCZ's technology. Which is right up there with

Think about it. Me thinks the 25m quarterly revenue just reported will be a godsend. RS you are brilliant. You have
got the RPeterson absurd estimates of 600-700 yearly revenues down to 25m quarterly. PRESTO- future quarterly revenues, that should
easily(25M) be accomplished(ROBUST DEMAND). Any impressive future quarterly revenues over 25M will be greatly rewarded.
