Long Hammer vs. Goose I. ipa...

You said Whole Foods and you said Brooklyn. I think that answers your reason for $10/six pack. I'm in the Mid-Atlantic and Long Hammer runs about 8.99 - 9.99 at the beer store and 7.99 at the grocery. My grocery store always has big stacks of BREW beers on displays. Yesterdays stack of Redhook ESB cases at the grocery had a bunch of vday balloons attached to them. I guess it goes nicely with some roses for the lady.

I can see what you mean, if people were hoping for a InBev buy of BREW. Which I still don't think there is any chance of happening anytime soon. Regardless, that news makes me a little sad. One of my favorite beers is a Blue Point Brewing beer, the Toasted Lager. I don't think I like it any longer now that it's part of InBev. Anyhow, I'll stick to all my BREW beers, which has many many many delicious ones.

Not really sure the reason for the price drop. Probably a sell off with the flow of the market. I do know this is becoming a very popular strong company with a fast track growth plan. They are taking many great angles, Buffalo Wild Wings, the Chive, Brew Can Travel, Dan Patrick, and heck, even the Seahawks winning the superbowl couldn't hurt. All the beer stores near me on the East Coast were running specials on Redhook for the superbowl. Plenty more growth with the midwest still needing penetration, and Internationally.

To be honest, I welcome the price dip to add to my position. This company is a winner, and very strong buy.
