I wish. I am in at 27ish.
Company seems to be doing all things great. Good management. Good visibility.
Just wish the stock reflected all the positives and was higher.
A few months ago 3d participated in a trade show. They had two people answering questions and they replied that 3d was far along into integration of the new companies. But I have looked for this Q&A and can not find it.
Does anyone else remember this??
I am a democrat. But these two are scary. Can you imagine Bill Clinton in the White House again??? He is uncontrollable and laughable anymore.
Bernie Sanders would be much better IMO.
But at least you are not Republican.
so SSYS doesn't leapfrog over ddd and take over all the business.
Avi seems like he is all over the place with no focus.
My problem is that I expect companies to do things that make sense to me. That are straight forward and "clean." That is my problem.
Thanks for your thoughts.
such an uneven stock split. If one part of the company is $800M/year and the other $1B than I would think the split would not be what they are offering, but a more even number of shares.
Of course, with jdsu's IR, they never replied. They most likely didn't know. Which would be typical from this company.
LOL that is a very good question. It doesn't seem like much will help this stock. Not even improving metrics.
I think we need to hope for an acquisition.

Tom, I guess if I look at just the financials at a high level, it looks like fiscal 2015, we’re going to exit again with revenues roughly flat from fiscal 2012. Earnings are now stuck in this $0.50 to $0.60 range. Yes, you're going to down the path of separation, you streamline businesses, you've rid of flow, profitability segments, but yet we’re not seeing any incremental leverage in the model. Is it time to maybe perhaps rethink that beyond separation there's something bolder or different acquired within the context of larger scale consolidation or divestitures or some other way to unlock value?

Tom, I appreciate the growth in deferred revenues and how that should flow into the top-line for the SE business. On the NE side, it doesn’t seem to be growing. If anything, it's actually contracting and we recognize the CapEx cycle. So there's some cyclicality in there, but also structurally very challenged here for the traditional NE business, considering it's still a large part of the organization and maybe your thoughts of reversing that trend for the traditional NE business as the SE business ramps?

Yes, thank you for taking my questions. I guess Alan, I wanted to dive in on the laser side with the revenue definitely behind our expectations.
You get the idea. Fumble, Bumble, Stumble. So jdsu should take the first letter from each of these words, FSB and make it their new stock symbol.
Now Camp is improving and they aren't anywhere to be found. LOL
I am all for executing this team. Not by electrocution but by firing them. Listen to the last CC if ever there was a group of analysts frustrated by incompetence it is the group asking the questions. Anemic answers. And once admitting they screwed up.
They must all be drugged over at jdsu while riding bikes.
I have own HP laser printers for many years. They aren't that great. They have security issues. When the software is updated I have to go thru a long process to get it to once again show up in my printer page. They do a poor job with laser printers and now Cramer says they have this new killer 3d printing capability???
They can't get 2d to work easily how in the world are they going to add another dimension???
