    who owns the perfered stock?

Fairfax also had a large position in SD and sold out (on inside information) just before TW announced SD leasing another million acres in Miss. Corruption to the nth degree. Prima Watsa is a #$%$. SEC does not seem to care.

You will notice they do not have analysts who attend conferance calls. Just trend analysis.

This is really a concern. Even that dog CHK has started to rebound and SD is crashing.

INTERESTING IS DRILLING IS AT 10K feet and this could be new strata that is producing better well results

  • with a small base of stock (139 m) they have assets of about $10 Billion depending on what reserves under development or potential is used. This is a major catalyst for an upgrade. Sifel has them at $220.

Nik, thanks for the information. If you are tracking other companies you will know that they are getting results often less good and yet are drilling aggressively in the Lime. The key issue is the low cost to drill and take away. SD has better results from observation of the NOEK site and much lower take away costs. Now multiple layer play will seal the deal!
