Jim got cold, drank a lot with the Jackpine Hill Billie's and started to formulate a trading mentality based on some of the approach's of the good guy on this board. First attempt so so. Next attempt will be a bit better, I hope. The thing that I'm impressed with is the level of knowledge expressed by certain board contributors. Since I have no urge to become as expert as those folks I'll just be a parasite on their carcasses. LOL
Jim Cold and calm
WB: Always trying to be up and up. The key is next time, I hope. LOL
I didn't need to be a trader to get hauled over the coals on Z-160. But I have always said IF.
Slugger: I've been doing a lot of digging over the last week and the more I read about the law suits the more I think that there are 3 distinct possibilities as to the run up.
1. the liabilities for some of the very big boys is hard to imagine and judges are not adverse to making a point when the big boys screw up and appears they stepped into very deep do do.
2. the licensing possibilities are incredible.
3. The easiest way for one of the big boys to rid themselves of this is to make NLST an offer they can't refuse. It saves them money, face and will make their adversaryies subservient to them.
As soon as we get a retrench I'm going to get back in it.
WB: I explained a long time ago why I wasn't a trader. This trying to trade now is proving me correct, made great money on NLST so I sold, good? No she went up $.28 in the next two days. Bought wyy she went up did I sell nope and she dropped $.20 in a few days. I'm like Bob Segar "Next time I'll get it right". LOL This settlement 3 day wait is a bummer the only folks that benefit from it are the broker, Goldman Sucks, Gyp Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Should Be Lynched I'm going to divide the fun account into 4 segments so that I'll always have some playing money available.
I honestly didn't want to set off a S storm on the CBO review because this may be the only board left that doesn't live and breath on the political fringe. My apologies.
That said as far as ZLCS goes I'm at a loss as to what is driving the Old Girl up. There sure in the hell are no positive indicators that I can see. Someone give me a bone to chew, I would really love to see her set sail.
Slugger: Were up to 10 red thumbs, we must be doing something right. By the way any reference to a canine on this board brings back unfavorable memories.
Slugger: Can you believe that there are 3 capitalists out there that gave us red thumbs down?? LOL What in the world are they doing in the market?
Slugger: I just sent a memo to the boys at the shop and informed them that we no longer lay any anyone off we "liberate" them. The response was a resounding WHAT!! LOL
Slugger: The craziest thing I've ever heard. The Good Looking Blonde asked me to explain it. After an hour of trying to explain it I gave up. The bottom line is a soul can reduce the hours he or she works, OCare will subsides his health insurance and subsidies his pay so that he/she can explore other alternatives such as writing, art etc. until they find an other endeavor they would like. And they can do it forever.
WB: I'm still Long and Calm in the chipper account and will remain so. This partial epiphany is due more to the desire to generate some small amount excitement than to exert ones self into the world of the sophisticated trader. Just a diversion but I'm dead serious about playing the game as hard nosed as I am able to. If I play I always play for hard cash. Beats the Devil out of the Casino, in this game at least we have a say in the out come. LOL
swood: The problem with getting a membership right now is Tab the Grand PuBa has flown to Nepal in search of enlightenment. He will be back wearing a roe and shaved head.
Since I'm playing the Cabin Fever account I'll be dead in the water for 3 days, bad day to trade Wednesday, but that just gives me more time to dig.
Any non-bios are appreciated, one bio is enough trouble, but not an absolute.
I temporarily pulled the plug on NLST a couple of minutes ago, 1.57. Looking for an other Parlor game stock. I'm going to play the game you guys are, cabin fever I guess. Any short term ideas, and by the way no Bitchen if it doesn't happen. And no PRAN, LOL
NLST was good to me but I should have gotten out the other day at the opening. Live and learn.
Slugger: He gets drunk, a normal state of affairs for him, at a high brow party. Some woman tells him "Mr. Churchill you are drunk". His reply "And madam you are ugly, but tomorrow morning I will be sober but you will still be ugly."
Boy are the creepies coming out over at NLST, my guess we should profit some more.
TS: Come on man comparing a single select day or two to the norm is what I was referring to. This is one different type of board, it goes from days of techies talking on a level most don't understand to pumper dumpers spewing Malarkey to a bunch of pseudo stock trading experts waxing ineloquently on the nuances of shorting to who knows what. What day of the month do the business people show up and discuss the merits of the firms position and recent positive litigation events?
Slugger: When Marylin Monroe announced, on the Ed Sullivan show, that she was marrying Charlie McCarthey a vintriliquist dummy in a TV act that was popular at the time Churchhill made his greatest quote. "Never has so little taken so much from so many". LOL
