Most of these MLP's have raised their divvy's this past year and all have appreciated in value so why is our divvy flat and our share price as well? somebody's making money and it's not us shareholders.
Now that they've stopped issusing or will soon stop issuing BAB's, what happens when those in this fund are redeemed (say in 20 years or so) and that money cannot be reinvested back into more BAB's because they are no longer available? Will those redeemed monies be paid out in lump sums or is that principal already included along with the interest in the dividend payouts currently being made? Thanks for the info.
yahoo finanacial has LFC posting a twenty five cent dividend in May of this year but my shares which are in a brokerage account never got a dime. Does anyone know, is the Yahoo posting incorrect or should i have received the dividend. ty so much for your help.
This company continues to show a good profit yet has failed to increase its dividend since 1998! Perhaps someone should mention to Ms. C. Lau that keeping up with inflation is rather important to many of us investors. We don't normally buy utility stocks anticipating hugh stock growth but rather for the income they provide. I wonder if her salary has increased since 1998? Any comments? ty.
This morning i read the earnings release from the YPF web site and did not understand the portion relating to dividends of .25 and .5 uros for the "financial year" and the "year" respectively......also, does why is "net income" off so much? Would appreciate any help you might share on this subject. thank you
own 50+ income stocks and have rarely gotten burned by holding.... i hang on for better times which are almost always right around the corner.....and thats where the money is.... the highs keep getting higher and the lows keep getting higher. dont have time for trading on a dip and a rumor but its not been a problem so far. good luck all.
