There has been 1.1 MM shares traded and you are down $0.07 cents. Who is the sucker here?

You retail longs need to understand that it is about profit not loyalty. You think PIP is going to pay out dividends or something? Sell on the news for a no-pipeline company is always best.

I bought POOP yesterday at $1.71 and sold this morning at $2.03. I made more in one day on that trade than a lot of you who have been dreaming of the stars holding on the ups and downs.

Now i do not want to rain on anybody's parade but all I can tell you is that POOP has the win and the cash and that's GRAND. Go drink it up, but BOTH of these companies ALWAYS fizzles on the news. Secondly, it will never have the drug and the future stream and the new orders from BARDA (every 5 years) and the FDA approval.

You know how much it costs to develop a drug? $200MM is chump change once management pays their bonuses and admin and lawyer fees. That money will not even be enough to buy you into phase II of a trial of a new drug.

So let me give you my 2 cents to take the money and cash it in. The ride is over. POOP management sucks just like SIGA. But at the end of the day, SIGA still has the drug. I also read someone saying "the price did not go up because of the final approval of the plan." This is not the reason. Just a formality. So be happy and healthy and let the PIP mirage go !!!

DSC - Do Your Job In A Timely Manner

HOW MANY OPINIONS AND ORDERS DID THE DSC RELEASE YESTERDAY?

    A big fat 0 !!!

  • One very fed up tax-payer, sick and tired of the entire DE court system always pushing this case to the edge of the deadline and taking their sweet time. We are going on 74 days+since oral arguments. Let's get this over with. I really do not give a #$%$ about the sides anymore as i want a resolution. Prior to you, that lower section also took it right up to the deadline.

Really pathetic that this cannot be dealt with in the 60 days window like the other 90%+ cases that are en banc. I know these pompous people would never read this but we the investors just want this thing to be over with so we can get back to our lives and investing.

Usually the DSC waits long periods or time to release a big opinion. It is now 7 days since last opinion. RBC was big and it was the same way.

    Looooook out below !!!

fwabuster - I give kudos where it is due. You might be right and I might be wrong. Because I was going on the sole fact or something taking long to indicate non-affirmed, your example is equally valid. RBC case is interesting.

    What can I say?

  • No one on this board has been able to give me a LEGITIMATE cogent explanation of why it take this long to say "we affirm the lower courts ruling." What does that say about the final decision? I do not one person silly argument of "they want to make it air-tight so SIGA does not do the run-around." It is dumb because the en banc DSC is the final voice so there is no more run-around unless remanded or something.

I would hedge my bets on both sides because the Street will punish PIP more if they do not get 100% of Parson's ruling since they had the big run-up.

Oh brother .... yeah yeah .... Look Johnny come lately, as they say no #$%$ Sherlock. Who said anything about PoP losing or winning. OF COURSE IT IS ALL ABOUT HOW MUCH.

You think there is a bankruptcy case if the damages gets reduced to a small number? Sheesh, some people. They would write a check on the spot and exit BK within 24 hours.

Answer my question then idiot, why does it take 60 days for a slam dunk pro POOP, win win win to say AFFIRM to? hmmmm

"and the likelihood that SIGA/MAFCO will try to keep litigating anything and everything unless and until the courts make it simply impossible or too painful for SIGA/MAFCO to continue pursuing. "

Oh please, stop with the pure garbage. This is en banc Delaware Supreme Court !!! what other litigation is there? Once they make their decision, it end for the Delaware court system's say. You talk like the DSC is the trustee for Poop or something. Their opinion is not binding anywhere else and only applies to Delaware (Feds or NY). The paid stooge Parsons already crafted this flowery BS language. They just need to say AFFIRM if that is how a majority of them feel about it. It does not seem to be the case with each passing day.

I hate to break it to people but if they do not release today, then they will take close to the 90 days and that means POOP is going to be in for a surprise if they they it takes 90 does to Affirm Parson's fairy tale.

OMG .... Let me put it to you this way !!!!

How long does it take the full panel or even the majority of judges to write "AFFIRMED" as to the findings below? One week? Two weeks? If it was such a slammed dunk for PIP and no wrinkles, why are we approaching 60 days since oral arguments?

If you are going to cheerlead, at least do not look like such a fool. Every week that passes mean the verdict will not be 100% or even 3/4 in PIP's favor. Post something informative and save your cheers for Sunday afternoon.

To all the PIP "slam dunk", "decision within 30 days", stupid cheerleaders ..... you are just a bunch of hacks. Each week that passes, your chances of some clean sweep win falls to the wayside. Even you know that but the cheerleading train keeps going.

Now we are relegated to "Oh, it takes up to 90 days ...." May you live in interesting times... :-O
