Check stock twits they filed for secondary

  • The F-10 filing basically says wither they triple the shares by raising 500 million or they go under.
They also said quarters will be bad due to lumpiness forecasting this quarter is horrible.

Not good news I made $ buying calls this year but I am out. No money of the short side as the premium for puts too high. DEAD MONEY

    Sentiment: Sell

Game is up the F-10 shows they are dead just read the filing they have said they can not control losses in current environment
They said if they can not raise funds they can not afford to stay in business.

...made some good money on call options since beginning of year but now this is dead. If they do get $ from secondary the dilution kills the stock,,,if they don't they get sold at $100-150 milliion

Shut Up your analysis is mostly wrong and the facts that LNG is being used is lost on you. You likely believe the world is still flat. Moron...not name calling statement of fact.

who has been saying diesel vehicles are better than diesel a lot
you have provided no current data
proof might be in the growth rate of NG from 1% of total vehicles to 3% today (300% growth rate)
you go to CWI or WWI or5 WPRT and announcements
    We have approved NG vehicles
    No mention of diesel
this is on 2020 new standards

So moron look in the wrong places find the wrong answers. Your analysis is as I suspected Moronic. Just stop posting as you have no idea what you are saying. Simply put your entire belief system is wrong. You are too daft to understand anything so I guess I am the idiot trying to point this out to you.

  • Robert, every time someone posts information that contradicts your false beliefs you try to attack it.
YOU ARE WRONG...Nat Gas engines are cleaner than the cleanest diesel. You went off on the CNG23 percent lower emissions, claiming it is old information. You are wrong. It is from the article published June 19 2015. You are too stupid to do a google search to figure it out.

FACT Nat Gas engines are cleaner than the best Diesel.

Wrong again taff...Below is a quote from Shell on their partnership with Westport. So a Big Name is working with WPRT...sorry your made up bash is corrected by facts

“We at Shell believe that natural gas, because of its abundance and strong environmental profile, is a destination solution in the transportation fuels space. This alliance with Westport will allow us to bring these benefits to market in a way that I believe can potentially transform fuel consumption in the heavy-duty vehicle segment for years to come,” said José-Alberto Lima, Shell Vice President for LNG & Gas Monetization.

  • Check out the link at Coated Web site to the "China location" Under contact information it is a Hotmail address. Real companies do not use Hotmail. Next I called the phone number in China used 011 and the 86 answer.
ON the Coates page no email address, no phone number.
The press release from yesterday. This screams SCAM run for the hills

  • George J. Coates Engine Inventor Accused of Fraud

To the self-chilling beverage can and the speed-boosting horseshoe the Federal Government would now add the Coates Rotary Valve Cylinder Engine, developed and promoted in the last four years by George J. Coates, a New Jersey inventor.

Like the beverage can that can't, and the speedy horseshoe that wasn't -- both features of earlier unrelated schemes that cost public investors dearly -- the Coates engine is now described by securities regulators as a device chiefly useful for generating cash for its inventor.

Lawyers from the New York regional office of the Securities and Exchange Commission went to court yesterday morning against Mr. Coates, 53, of Wall, N.J. In a civil case filed in Federal District Court in Manhattan, the S.E.C. accused Mr. Coates of lying about the merits of his invention and using those falsehoods to illegally sell $6.5 million in stock to nearly 400 people across the country
