FRX submits a second NDA,this one if approved will be huge. ACT,and FRX,should do very well together, and when the deal is done, the share count will be less than 300 million shares. i should say if my math is correct thats what it will be.
i should add, when howard solomon ran FRX the company always had 3+billion in cash, and no long term debt, even when they were buying back their shares. at one time they had over 460million shares outstanding, and that was brought down to around 270millioon shares. hope this helps.
i can't give you the exact figure, but i believe it to be in excess of 2 billion dollars,at leaast thats what it was during the last FRX conference call.
keep in mind that FRX has a stash of cash in ireland, somewhere in the range of 2 billion+,this will be going to ACT once the buyout is completed, add that to the amount that ACT has ,and.................you get the picture.
now, now, name calling isn't the way to go. why anybody would not own both of these fine companies is beyond me,over time both will do well.
you are a zero poor baby, the post wasn't for you,but then again with you,its all about me,as i said before sell your 50 shares, and hit the road. by the way smart investor, how are you doing with all of your investing knowledge? if biod is any indication not to well i suspect.
kwackers69, if your a young fellow this is the kind of stock you want to own,no long term debt.,a small float, less than 20 million shares outstanding, and enough cash to hold them for some time, somewhere around 38million,and three potential products, what more could you ask for. the key is to be patient, time will make you a lot of money. this has been my hobby for many years, nothing like hitting a homerun, fortunatly i've had many. if you do your homework,be patient,it can work for you too.
