I just purchased $56K of UVXY this morning at $63.50 and flipped them at $68.86. Doesn't sound like much, but $4,500 for 30 minutes works isn't bad. -

This is nothing more than a speculative guess. If this is the case, why get Rampart involved at all? Are you saying financially bankrupt RTD can broker a deal better than ROYL itself. Why wouldn't ROYL deal directly with the third party. Why add a middle man when not needed? Especially on from Australia. Makes no sense to me,... but #$%$ do I know?
