Yes, ETRM's desperate management was trying to low-ball the cost in that chat by trying to pass device cost as TOTAL cost. That's deceitful once again.
Even Canaccord acknowledges this $30,000 cost; check their breakdown on their recent report. Essentially they see $8,500-12,500 for device (depending on where and how it is supplied) and another $20,000 for the attendant costs like surgical implantation and support.
So even share-shilling pumper Canaccord couldn't buy mgmt's BS. Check the Canaccord report before you libel posters, DCTrog!!!!!!!!!!
Don't let these guys intimidate you, Agixprop!!! Hang in there - they are POOR liars and science-ignorant!
Anyone saying or tying to imply clinical significance for these results is perpetrating FRAUD and you should not stand for that!!
Gianni/Adeiflig/Sugarman and Defeator/JohnPatrick are already doing this.....
Yes - there are enough people out there who must think that it can't go down further.
But it can. And will. As it burns cash on things OTHER THAN sales/marketing and the desperately needed new trials, it will surely become recognized as having no future - even before the FDA dings its application. IF there ever is a panel. BE CAREFUL here!
Actually that was last week now -- but a very good call, one that was evident in the clinical data.
That clear-cut success was nowhere to be found in ANY Maestro trial - not Enable, sure as heck not Empower and cetainly not in ReCharge either (the data there had a p= .705!!! EGAD!!)
It barely matters how safe Maestro might be -- what safety the therapy does have is thoroughly mooted.
If it cannot meet FDA's minimum efficacy standards, it's not going to market. Period. And it failed that on BOTH its major trials.
In two decades as a biotech analyst, I've never seen a single therapy anywhere pass the FDA after having ALL its major trials FAIL EVERY primary and secondary endpoint., no matter how safe it was. [I have seen some then do brand new trials , succeed nicely at them, and THEN get approved - usually only provisionally at that point..]
There is nowhere near enough evidence of significant efficacy with Maestro for approval. They are pushing forward without new trials because they know they would be a waste of money that they could otherwise pay salaries with, or maybe dig up a new pipeline product with. That's why they never say 'clinically significant' - a term of clinical-development art -about the pivotal data, just "clinically meaningful", which means BUPKIS other than to give a false impression of "clinical significance". Just a load of technical-sounding babble!!!
Beware the Jabberwonk, boys and girls!! And mark my words: when this doesn't see approval (or even if it delays submitting) next year, watch how the class actions pile up for that $23MM that hasn't been spent on marketing, sales or new trials
Anyone saying it met FDA standards is LYING BOLD-FACEDLY TO YOU!!!
JohnPatrickX = BioFellowTraveller = Defeator
Gianni Urgent Solutions = Adeiflig
BE CAREFUL of these two!!!!
Bon today, same syntactic profile, same semantic cast. Same pumper.
AND liar: the article never says anything even remotely like Maestro "meets the FDA standards".
The FDA desired standards were BUILT RIGHT INTO THE TWO MAJOR TRIALS MAESTRO FAILED!!!
And ETRM is obviously not planning any new trials for Maestro in the forseeable future.
They know it is a waste of money (that could go towards salaries and other compensation).
And analysts admit that no insurance coverage is likely FOR YEARS (2017 at earliest)
-- so even if some extra heavy dose of LSD left you thinking that this therapy might ever get approved (it won't!), also realize....
it will NEVER make any sales at $30,000 per patient, all straight out of their pocket. ZILCH.
Anyone tries to tell you different is LYING -- and obviously can't talk about the destruction of share value after each trial's results were announced.
BE WARY of these conscienceless pumpers!!!
ABSOLUTELY FAILED FDA DESIRED EFFICACY.
IN BOTH TRIALS.
PERIOD. So price tanked HEAVILY after EACH trial!!!!
" ETRM's device meets the standards the FDA says it is looking for."
This is an outright LIE. The article NEVER says this....AND....
the two major trials, Empower and ReCharge - cleared by the FDA - which ETRM obviously FAILED badly were both designed with EXACTLY THE STANDARDS THE FDA WAS EXQUISITELY CLEAR IT WANTED.
And ETRM's Maestro therapy COULD NOT COME CLOSE TO MEETING THEM.
"BioFellowTraveller" is deliberately misrepresenting the article AND the wretched trial results here. BEWARE!!!!
Okay, okay you're right ----- Adeiflig IS that stupid, too!!
They lied about the size of the potential market ;
they lie about the "robust" results;
they lie about what the FDA wants for successful studies;
they even lie about supposed FDA "statements" of "encouragement" (which would be against regulations!)
Their hypocrisy seems to know no bounds as they will call actions they pretend are "heroic' on their parts are nonetheless 'criminal' if anyone else does them.
This stock fell from $30.00 down to current $1.30 directly because of the two grossly failed major trials THEY SAY are "robust" and almost "certain to lead to approval".
Gianni/Adeiflig and Defeator/JohnPatrickX are the tag-team to beware - the stock has lost at least 25% while they have been irresponsibly pumping it..........
Notice that JohnPatrick/Deafeator and Gianni/Adeiflig actually have less message than I do, yet post as often. My posts are more dynamic and much more informative..
I will actually debate people. Non eof them would stand a snowball's chance in hell against me - and they know it. I also post actual citations and links -- there'd be TONS more if the Yahoo MB system would allow cut-n-paste.
Shallow drum-banging by Gianni and JohnPatrick/Defeator don't hold even a birthday candle to the DELUGE of damning FACT I offer to all who can read............
Some are grateful, some have saved themselves a LOT od dosh listening to me instead of listening to pumpers who keep promising the same price rise every second it loses 25% over the last weeks. They know bupkis -- and will invent, lie and distort any time they feel the need.
Don't worry: I ain't going nowhere.......
EVERY investor realized how failed this therapy was. And these two pumper-poster here somehow know better??????!!!!! $30 all the way down to $1,30 after those two trials results are made public.
Just how freakin' dumb (or deceitful) are Defeator/JohnPatrick and Gianni/Adeiflig???
