I encourage you to know whom it is your talking to before telling him he is wearing rose colored glasses, surely you've been too busy running off at the mouth and leaking from your brain to read his posts and actually learn something.
I know, I am just saying that just because a company is based over seas like the Caymans, does not mean they are a scam.
great companies are based there so they don't pay taxes and the Fed Gov is mad about that.
Apple and Google are also based in the Caymans, definatly two of the biggest scams in the world
BS, PRAN is far from this, FAR FROM THIS.
PRAN claimed to remove the Myloid Plaque and metals from the brain. I sucked it all up and truth, but my GF who has a PHD in neurology said it was impossible to target only the metals and remove them. She told me many times that it wouldn't work, and I kept on listening to PRAN and believed that head Doctor there I forget his name, Then right before results were published he was featured on a video from some university. And suddenly some one asked about PRAN. He got all flustered and said "a drug is years away" and he stared right into the camera, and his eyes and his face was lieing. Yes he told the truth about "years away" But he knew his results were failing. I should have sold right then.
Now, my GF has read about AVXL, and she agreed with everything they are doing. She agreed this is the approach to take. Everything was very familiar to her and this time, she did not say it was impossible.
So, I am going to trust her this time around, as her knowledge and experience is over 30 years and she received her PHD at 23 years old, way ahead of her peers.
That guy from PRAN, you can find him pumping his goods on infomercials I wish I could call up his name. But I am drawing a blank. He was supposed to be the worlds authority on Metals and Plaque, he might be. BUT his approach didn't work.
Eventually science narrows it down and you end up with an AVXL. just because there have been years of failure doesn't mean some one wont find a cure.
my money is on this horse !
maybe a bump of coke and a doobie ?
come on people, we have a winner here. 6 months from now we will all be wondering why we debated so much at $5 when $50 feels so much better.
Maybe I should not bring Dr. Ted Keric into this conversation. He is just some one who treats thousands and has a very cutting edge renowned clinic in Atlanta. Gets people walking after being paralyzed etc...the way these Chiropractors manipulate and understand the neurology. I had always thought they simply adjusted the spine and made your back feel better. My GF can tell you things just looking at you once. Anyways its a deep subject. Not to distract. She understood everything I read to her that I have gathered from here and everything I can get my hands on about AVXL.
Last year, she said "no way" can they only remove the amyloid plaque which was the approach the other company was trying. I didn't listen to her input. I believed everything the doctors said about targeting only the plaque and removing only the metals in the brain.
Well it didn't work.
Now, after hearing about this, she agrees with the approach. She didn't shoot it down.
She did offer much more though.
She said. Diet. Excerise. And the size of your leg muscles, how well they are developed are having an impact on a healthy brain function as we age. She also says some one that does just one thing over long periods of time is more likely to have brain disfunction later in life. Like my job for instance. I do not focus or specialize on one specific aspect. I can do it all. She says as long as I am challenging my brain and doing different things all the time I will be less likely to come down with AD when I get older. It's those that do repetition for 30/ 40 years, over and over they have higher chance of AD.
This is a very big topic and she has so much to say about it. She has had her own practice for over 30 years, got her doctorate at age 23 and has had one of the most successful practices. She does not see many patients, maybe 25 per day. But the quality of her results is outstanding. She has never spent a dollar advertising it's all been by word of mouth.
Again, I'm distracting, sorry.
Thank you for sharing and helping the rest of us have a better understanding of this issue. Especially when we have low life's bashing the science for their own personal gain. Of course we all want to gain something here butthese diseases are things that may effect many of us here.
My GF is a Chiropractor and Neurologist. She has studied many years with her mentor Dr.Ted Keric. I had no idea that Chiropractors were so in depth in understanding the neurology.
She is very very talented and helps so many people that have not been able to find help thru internal medicine praticioners.
Her clients treat her like a goddess of sorts.
I have read to her your posts here and as much about AVXL approach towards these diseases.
This is the first time, she is in agreement with the approach.
Last year I got tangled up in a company that went after the Amyloid plaque. And lost a tremendous amount of money when their phase 3 trails failed.
I was dead certain that the phase 3.would be successful all the while she was not supportive. She knew more about the subject than I did but I guess I just refused to give her credit in her expertise in the subject.
Now, I am listening to her and I am very pleased to have read your own knowledge on the subject and to find that she is now very supportive of this investment based on what she has heard regarding the oxidation inflammation the Tao the misfolding etc....
Just wanted to say thanks here to you I have way more confidence which helps when the shorts play their games and bash.
Dr..Ted Keric based in Atlanta is doing amazing work with amazing results as a Chiropractor neurologist.
As is my GF here in the SF bay area in Calif. As I said she is legendary in the area and it's so great to know people like these and yourself exist !!!
I am in AVXL myself at $6.05
My GF is a doctor and she told me about LLTP before they got FDA approval, My thoughts about it were this. 1, you have a big population of drug addicts that are not being responsible to their own health and well being. Do we really expect them to go out and buy this inhaler as a precautionary measure to keep themselves alive ?
I know drug addicts are not the entire market for this. But seriously i can not imagine a junkie walking around with an inhaler just in case he od's ?
Do you ?
My brother in law as a junkie, and I told him if he died on the streets id kick his #$%$ what ever he did, he better get himself into a hospital and die in a bed, not in the gutter.
Sure as heck, he od and his buddy drug him into emergency, and he died in a bed and not in the gutter, too bad he lived in the gutter though. terrible terrible waste. They man was a genious, simply smarter than then most. But had his demons.
anyways. I sure do hope that this treatment sells well and saves lives. I just know all too intimately the drug culture, not exactly the most responsible people around town.
I hear ya.
Maybe I can clarify my own perceptions. Sure they don't bare the burden of sale and marketing etc...sure they get a % without doing the grunt work.
It is "how" Wallstreet likes or dislikes the arrangement. Remember we, retail. Have no power in this stock price. Wallstreet can move it, I know I cant alone.
If Wallstreet loved the arrangement and saw that LLTP really is going to drown in profits, then I think WALLSTREET would be buying with both fists. They are the greedy ones here after all. Yet we see very little to no interest, why is that ?
I think because, lets say if LLTP were to capture 50% of the over all market, and lets say they got 25% royalties. well now we have a ball game.
Look at companies like Apple, I know its a bad comparison but to my point, Apple is the biggest fish in the pond. Yet they are valued lower then AMAZ, LNKD, and may other low earners.
Apple makes what, $50B EVERY QUARTER ?
Yet they trade at single digits PE ?
They should trade at a 50PE at least, they are a juggernaut of cash flow. but they don't.
why is that ?
GPRO makes cameras, but their sales are shrinking, and their stock is getting hammered.
Yet they still make hundreds of millions every quarter.
back to LLTP, I THINK if Wallstreet smelled big dollars down the road, yes they would buy this up. They would probably take it out and go private.
Look at MNKD.
Sanofi has the rights to sales marketing etc...and MNKD gets a royalty. MNKD sunk billions into their inhaler treatment with great results, but Sanofi gets the lions share of sales.
Ok, Sanofi has their own disbeties drug on the market, so why on earth would Sanofi have any motivation at all, to undermine their own success and sell MNKD inhaler over their own drug ?
It seems like, Sanofi is purposely killing MNKD with very poor sales, and sooner or later MNKD runs out of money and sells for pennies. Like Sanofi is killing them purposely.
LLTP, appears to be at the mercy of the other company ! Adept
I am willing to be that was short covering. Why I say ?
Bease if it was a new buy, they would have done it at $5.50
If a short had a stop loss in place. It would most likely be in the low $6 range.
The price crawled up over $6. And triggered the stop loss for the short.
The shirt covered and created the pop. New buyers didn't come in. Actually sellers came in and sold that peak and down we went again.
That's how I see it. I may be wrong. If new buyers came in after that pop. We could have triggered more shirt stop loss orders and gone over $7.
one would hope. but the whole trip is that they sold the dam rights to a block buster drug, and they only get pennies on the dollar, that is completely a waste.
what a waste, that drug could sell a Billion and this company gets what?
maybe the stock goes up maybe it doubles. But really?
Who's idea was it to give away the farm for peanuts ?
actually bounced up off the 10 sma line and closed above it nicely. Looks like we have a floor.
And, I am willing to bet we climb going into the Dec event.
I see $10 in Dec.
Oh not, not the kiss of death. Please do not let Cramer talk about us here.
AF and Herb and Jim.
The trilogy of terror.
that LLTP, sold off its rights to a block buster drug with a $1B MARKET.
for a pittance.
It looks like they barely get 8%-%9 of royalties, so if they sold $1B worth of the drug and captured the entire market they might get $80-$90 per year royalties, How long would it take to achieve those numbers ? And will a generic version inhaler come onto the market eating into their profits ?
This sound like a no brainer investment. But I get a feeling this royalty agreement with Adapt is not really in LLTP best Interest.
That's just my humble opinion.
I don't think being an OTC has anything to do with the very low valuation. and if coming onto the Nazdaq requires milestone payments first. Then Adapt could drag their feet in marketing and sales to purposely suppress the share price so they just simply buyout the company for an extreme discount. Again just my thoughts.
he bought 30% of KBIO. not AVXL
some times, politics and ego's at the large companies get in the way. Its often the un sung hero that comes up with a new novel approach, But try getting that past the legends and the Ego monsters that would shoot it down just because they didn't think of it themselves.
small companies don't have the layers that big companies do.
