Sitting on 300 Calls. This better go up !
the Apple watch runs $400 to $14,000, with no difference between the two prices other than the outside material its made of.
is Apple over pricing their watchs ?
get it, got it, good.
You are spot on, I do remember a large capital firm saying they took a hard look at HLF last year. The company makes money and lots of it. What is there not to like about that ?
I just hope they do it before my CALLs expire, LOL....
I am sure Carl Ichan is also spear heading an effort to go private.
it means, they will grab ahold of his hot pink thong and yank it up as hard as they can and lift him off the floor and carry him out to the trash bin where he belongs.
all I found were news articles stating the FTC was involved, but nothing at all from the ftc itself
I was reading an old SA article, back in Oct 14.,
The author was describing HLF as an endless chain, and if you take away the endless chain. HLF will collapse.
This endless chain is "recruitment, sales, more recruitment, more sales etc....
Now I ask this, does Apple have to keep selling iphones to stay in business? do they need to keep creating new devices to get and keep our attention? do they need to hire more sales reps to sell those devices? do any of those sales reps, get any type of insider deal to buy an iphone from in house?
If Apple, stopped or failed in this endless chain, would they collapse?
What about The oil industry ?
Do they need to keep drilling? refining? selling ? hiring new drillers and sales reps? would they too collapse if this all came to a stop?
would every consumer company on planet earth collapse if they were unable to find new buyers of their products?
YES.....how does HLF get singled out here as a pyramid scheme when every company relies upon a new and unique buyer of its products? and they all must spend money to expand sales forces.
I just don't get it. Really, who cares who it is that buys the products?
Seriously, does Mc Donalds do a back ground check on ever Mexican diner who comes in and orders a big mac to make sure they aren't also an employee ?
Bottom line is, at the bottom line, companys are in business to sell products to somebody anybody period. where does the federal government decide who the buyers can and can not be ?
Its all money isn't it?
It all spends the same way doesn't it ?
I searched the FTC site. Absolutely no evidence of any type of investigation or commentary or warnings against HLF.
Where do people "Bill Ackman" get this stuff ?
Ooops, of course....out of their A$$
looks to grind higher next week, probably first thing Monday morning. Breach thru $53 creates squeeze past $55. chart has a clear pattern of up sideways and up again.
with free cash flow this high, BK will never come. HLF taking the entire world market BY STORM.
Bill, will be fired for not taking better care of his clients money.
They should round up Bill, Cramer, Herb and a few others in a sweep, all of them in the back of a paddy wagon and oh no, one of them has a broken neck when they arrive at the jail house. I doubt anybody would be protesting their mistreatment though.
These guys are all slimy crooks, no hearts and no souls. Just rob anybody with a penny to take.
shorts took advantage of a few things and have gotten away with it, 1 the deal with Sanofi totally sucks!
Why would Sanofi bendover back wards for Affrezza when they have their own diabeties gig going ?
I mean think about it, that's like saying hay ill pimp out your ho,s instead of my own ?
THAT company has complete control over marketing etc,,,, so success is totally up to them, not MNKD, talk about a total bumber, MNKD did all the work, and then handed over the football somebody else to cross the goal line.
Shorts did what shorts do, take advantage of a weakness, Think about this, if your short and you drive down the stock price, you accomplish two things, 1 you make money, and now you can cover and get long and buy a lot more shares on the cheap.
I think MNKD did a huge disservice to themselves and to shareholders with that agreement 35-65%.
anyways, shorts are not doing anything abnormal here.
Never know, another company may be behind the shorts and wanting to take up a major position again, on the cheap.
anyways, few companies are immune from these attacks. The SEC or the FBI might be better at handling shorts. not MNKD.
gaps can also provide support. They don't always fill immediately. I have found gap up in bull market stays up. But in a bear market fills quickly.
Looks like the pricing is recognized for those after hours trades at 52.59.
looks like some thing is UP
WHEN we gapped up after earnings. we stalled and dropped a bit, but the gap held as support. Then we shot straight up yesterday and cut right thru resistance, This very sharp move up was a delayed response from the gap up resistance at $48.
we keep shooting up from here !
