    Institutional selling..

    by georg.deller May 18, 2015 10:37 AM

When studying the last 2 financial reports the biggest contributor to "profits" were from financial products. The big growth story has stalled and the risk of additional shares is serious. Unfortunately, KNDI is No Tesla, just the story can't hold it up. I do not like the tape at all and have sold out. I saw the same at NQ mobile. The ignorant longs shouting buying opportunity, bargain of the year, but the truth was "SCAM". I am not saying this is the case here as well but I do not want to run the risk of being sliced another time.Had hopes of a consistent good growth here, right market, right product. But then suddenly this strange smell. Will follow developments and rejoin when signs are "green". For now red flags. But hey, I am not the best investor :-).

probably? Or Hopefully? The big problem here is that the stock is a reverse listing of a chinese company with only backing by individual small investors. The ones that want it, have it, the ones that would like to buy is too small to get the stock moving. The momentum is gone. Tesla MADE its story. The Chinese can't hardly speak English, are in messy jv structure. I have been burned by NQ Mobile . Never made anything on Chnese stocks. Sold half my position in KNDI 3 month's ago and thought today was the day to offload the balance. Unfortunately I was not the only one thinking along these lines. The stock never reached my sell target. Hopefully will in the near future when they announce another major win to sell their vehicles to a city. Cherio

  • Analysts expected revenues, 97,6 and actual 100.5. Net earnings increased by 41 % (expected 30%). Lets see what Mr Market says about these results.

Selling mine at open, here's why?

Hi catchmackerel, I think you will have stinky fingers in a short period of touching that sell button. Not that I believe you, it is just nervousness of big numbers of short. With an earnings report like today and the upped guidance the short sellers are TOAST. They will try to keep it down by selling into strength on the hope to get out on weaker days to come. It is a gamble. I am comfortable with my long position! Cheerio

the worst people in the world are "short" people, small! Obnoxious and mean. Avoid them as the plague! Short people give me the shivers, always negative, wishing bad luck and esp mean. Nuff said.

OK, hardly anybody writes here so I'll give it a go. I do believe there is a scenario. Company gets unfriendly offer USD 7/share. Special Comittee to discuss strategic alternatives. An active investor (Macuire) wants the company being auctioned. Management does feel uncomfortable and creates a poison pill against hostile "unfair" price. It should be at least in the 12-14 range according to Macquire . The Bidder is not happy and starts to sell shares naked. The pps drops dramatically. Too few buyers in this company and market. Suddenly the take over bid looks far more attractive, 75 % over the market price. Unhappy shareholders, unhappy employees, unhappy management, unhappy activist investor. Not a nice cocktail,! I prefer a dry Martini or glas of nice wine. So what to do? No insight info (all the above could be wrong if insiders are selling on the basis of developments businesswise we are not yet aware of, eg the run off of Key Staff, the real reason behind the sudden departure of Sullivan), so supposing scenario 1 is correct we are seeing a huge buying opportunity and the company will be sold between 8-9 USD /share. Cheerio

    What i sgoing on?

I think there were a lot more sellers than buyers!!:-). For speculation purposes only. An unsollicited offer of 7USD/share. Special Committee erases protection wall. Bidder can not end the proces as hoped for, decides to cancel the bid and sell their position built up in the previous month,s. Now there is a task for management and the company to buy back shares and purchase shares on open market. If they don,t we have a serious problem (within the company, not disclosed yet). To be continued!

maybe. I just checked in to see what,s happening here. Do not like the Apple story stocks anymore. It is not INVN,s fault but it is the ridiculous purchasing (srewing)power of Apple. Why do you think they have these outrageous profits and the suppliers are squeezed (part of Apple,s profit is actually missed INVN profit!!!). I will never forget GTAT and Apple. Lost a lot! Makes me angry when I see that softy face of mr Cook ( He knows how to screw people and getting screwed, hahaha). Sorry. Be careful with this story. When they have solid other business under good (normal) business conditions I will return.

Mister or Misses whatever you are: you are a deceiver. Your info is deceptive and has bad motives. You are here to spread misinfo and pay lipservice to short sellers.
AWC is a legitimate accounting firm from Hong Kong, based in Queens Road Central, which I happen to know personally. They have a representative office in NewYork. Total accountants in the firm, 27 of a total of 50 employees. You should be ignored by all. Have a healthy and useful life (get into the LIGHT!)

What a simple pathetic loser you are. There are women that get paid for services. They are happy with that but it is not honorable , nor does it add to self esteem!!! In fact you' re worse. No self esteem, just the small money: Think about that and get out of that negative spiral; Do something honest and reward yourself in your life!! Cheerio

This deal will not fail. Everything is well discussed beforehand with the relevant authorities (they announced already selling a specific part of NXPI business and have already a buyer lined up). Furthermore FSL needs to disappear from the boards since the missing MH plane.A soothing thought that NXPI has been chosen to take over the lead. Will be a huge winner.

The results are "satisfying" although outlook is not yet known. If they 'could' partner with a strong beverage company (like of course Pepsi) SODA would be very interesting stock to hold at this point. However without strong partner it will be a slow demise from here onwards. They have screwed up already so many possible new partnerships. What is your take on the chance that they will end up with a strong partner like Pepsi or being bought by a distribution company? Your reply would be highly appreciated. Cheerio
