You can't lose money selling shares at $0.25, if you bought them cheaper. You can only lose if you short, and have an open position. That's not what we're talking about. We're talking about selling hunks of a big position, at a profit, and creating technical resistance by capping rallies. On top of that, a PR campaign, announcing how hard it will be for the stock to get past $0.25.
If an "investor/manipulator" owned 7 million shares, and publicly announced repeatedly the stock was capped at $0.25 and headed for $0.18, then they would sell shares as need at $0.25 to keep the price from rising further. They could then buy them back when the price fell. Wash, rinse, repeat.
If the "investor/manipulator" has 7 million shares, then it takes significant volume to absorb that much selling. That's why large positions need to be reported, and have special rules. Unfortunately, 7 million is under that limit in CTSO, because of the large float size. So somebody could take advantage of their position and actually manipulate the stock for quite a while.
The average volume is only about 1 million shares a day. So a couple hundred thousand shares a week, constantly sold when volume was lightest, could cap the stock for months, if you start with 7 million shares. It is illegal to make trades with the intent of manipulating a stock. It may not require reporting to own a large position, but to announce an agenda, and then execute it, that's another matter. IMO.
Since the Federal Government, through the Army, is funding this company through grants, I wonder if it would take kindly to someone trying to hurt the company's chance of succeeding, by illegally manipulating the stock, which amounts to destroying CTSO's capital.
Have some guts, and out him. He's the one who needs to worry. Otherwise, stop crying like a baby.
Maybe "somebody" with millions of shares, who constantly announces $0.25 is the cap, and $0.18 is coming, sells lots at $0.25, hoping to buy them back lower.
Since he's working against your investment, with illegal practices for an FP&A Analyst, let everyone know where he works. Don't shield the criminal. Clearly, what he's doing is far worse than Phil Mickleson's options purchase.
If you are licensed, and own a position in this stock, then manipulating the price with bulletin board posts is grounds for losing your license. Since I own the stock, and have seen your posts about keeping the price under $0.25, please let us all know if and when you get busted!
I'll take that to mean 1st grade. Do your parents know you're on the computer?
You can learn the meaning of both you and you're in the above sentence. As far as advice on a stock goes, who would listen to you? The kids in your class?
tlounsb, Are you posting from a psychiatric hospital? If so, does the staff know you're using the computer?
I think it's because Q! had orders that fell through from Q4 last year. That would make Q1 harder to beat than normal, and half way through the 2nd quarter it's too soon to tell. The good news is the sales are on pace for a multi-million dollar revenue year, and they're still flying well below the radar.
It takes time for the earnings to come in. What is the life expectancy of a troll? Seems like your pants are always on fire.
A percentage of orders from the 4th quarter were pushed into the 1st, remember? So the annual growth rate is more accurate, and it's very impressive. For example, if the 1st quarter would have been 500M because 70M was pushed from the 1st quarter, they now have to grow sales 14%, just to equal last quarter's number. They may do that, but it's too early to tell. Especially when we already know orders can spill over into the next quarter. 13 week snap shots don't always reveal the complete picture. We're only 6 1/2 weeks into this quarter. Not surprising it's not already obviously better than last.
who has 7 million shares, yet bashes the stock full time, begging people to sell? Maybe he's been institutionalized. Let's see if he's here tomorrow, trying to keep the price down.
Sure you want the stock to go up, troll. Your whole pitiful life is ragging on IMMR. What a sad waste of space you are.
Keep this on top of the loser posts that seem to proliferate on this board. Some low quality individuals out there. Where were their parents, when they were growing up? Too late now.
