probably drank too much and passed out as we near $40.
Why won't silly donk change his tune and go long in the 36 range??? Look a lot smarter calling the crash and then the comeback.
when they sell shares they buy properties that increase earnings more than the 5.6% they pay out so dilution ends up accretive to current shareholders. You nailed the crash from high 50's down but now you are beating a dead horse. This may trade sideways as T-bill rates rise but it isn't going to crash or death spiral or whatever you keep predicting.
don't get too cocky there donk, I can tell you first hand that commercial rents are going up......not 35% up of course but even a small rent increase for O basically all goes to the bottom line. I still look to add more in the 33-35 range but I may not get it. Commercial real estate runs late in the cycle, I think the next two years could be great for O (before we hit the next recession). Cheers.
Yep, 2014 will be huge. Buy buy buy. It is a micro cap stock, light volume is to be expected. If you look SUTR's PR department is significantly more active than 2-3 years ago . They used to no announce anything, now they announce a $3M order. They are starting to get it. PR + trustworthy accounting = way higher market cap. Hold tight we will be well into the 2s next year.
VOD deal is what got me in. Leverage up and make more money for VZ shareholders. In at 46 after being out of VZ for a few years.
yup, right on schedule. I will scoop up more at 8 for sure. Watch when the taper ends we go to 8 or a tad under..
yeah huh, just hire someone new and reputable already and we will hit $18 in no time. Glad to see this coming to a head soon so that we can soar into the 20s next year. Alan distraction is killing us. Beat it dude.
Raise the divvie and announce a small buyback would be a great next year too (-: cheers.
You are more bearish than I am. I am real estate broker in CA. I see rents and commercial real estate starting to pick up nicely so I think the bottom may be in sooner than 30. I think yield will increase more than paltry 2% in 2014, probably more like 4-5% with steady increases in 2015 and beyond. Certainly PPS of 30-32 is not out of the question if treasury yield spikes in next year but i am fairly certain Yellen will not allow this. Cheers.
could be but the fundamentals tell me that the bottom is not too far off. I start averaging in now and within 6-12 months I have nice position in O re-established. I bailed on this when it went over $40 a while back and felt stupid watching it shoot up to $55 but i'm mostly in for the steady monthly divvie so I want 20% of my portfolio in O for yield, preferably 6+% yield. Cheers.
