don't get too cocky there donk, I can tell you first hand that commercial rents are going up......not 35% up of course but even a small rent increase for O basically all goes to the bottom line. I still look to add more in the 33-35 range but I may not get it. Commercial real estate runs late in the cycle, I think the next two years could be great for O (before we hit the next recession). Cheers.
Yep, 2014 will be huge. Buy buy buy. It is a micro cap stock, light volume is to be expected. If you look SUTR's PR department is significantly more active than 2-3 years ago . They used to no announce anything, now they announce a $3M order. They are starting to get it. PR + trustworthy accounting = way higher market cap. Hold tight we will be well into the 2s next year.
yup, right on schedule. I will scoop up more at 8 for sure. Watch when the taper ends we go to 8 or a tad under..
You are more bearish than I am. I am real estate broker in CA. I see rents and commercial real estate starting to pick up nicely so I think the bottom may be in sooner than 30. I think yield will increase more than paltry 2% in 2014, probably more like 4-5% with steady increases in 2015 and beyond. Certainly PPS of 30-32 is not out of the question if treasury yield spikes in next year but i am fairly certain Yellen will not allow this. Cheers.
could be but the fundamentals tell me that the bottom is not too far off. I start averaging in now and within 6-12 months I have nice position in O re-established. I bailed on this when it went over $40 a while back and felt stupid watching it shoot up to $55 but i'm mostly in for the steady monthly divvie so I want 20% of my portfolio in O for yield, preferably 6+% yield. Cheers.
duanrg, if this were true shouldn't sutr trade at a premium to their peers??? GSI, CPSL and CHOP all have higher valuations based on earnings. SUTR FPE is around 4.......
Suckers. Who sells this at 36.85 yielding 5.6% ??? I may regret buying so early but I have larger block orders in the 35 and 33 range. What a great hold for passive income, I love it. Cheers.
yes, if you compare to CPSL, CHOP etc it makes even less sense why this is so cheap......either we are missing something major or this just gets no love for no good reason I am honestly to sure which. Maybe the percent held by insiders is SUTR's downfall?? Maybe SUTR earnings look too good to be true compared to their peers, thus making investors wonder about SUTR's books?? Been on this board guessing for years now. cheers.
Look at some #$%$ trading shares to himself at massively inflated prices to try to drum up some liquidity and interest. As gosolar points out, the S-1 for 35M shares means only one thing, dilution time!!!! Go Rondazzo, fleece those suckers that won't listen to me. I tried to warn them......
I used to know several employees there. They all moved on. Miraculously I made some money on this stock when it went from 4 to 7.50 (long time ago) and ever since I just post to warn people......but do they listen??? Well gosolar does anyway. Thanks bro. Cheers.
