oh dear I chickened out and sold all at the close today at 24. Too big a gain, didn't want to risk giving it up. Greek blowout is imminent, looking to be ready with $$$ on the side. We need a fat market correction to keep the fed from raising rates anyway (-:
of course.....at 50-70 SDRL is OK. 80+ barrel we will start to really get our mojo back but this may be a long time coming..

commercial real estate is turning over more now but this is because tenants are moving up. The turnover is generally a good thing with rents going UP UP UP all over the US. 5-6% yield is a great place to accumulate O. Don't jump into any REIT now, with rising rates you have 2-3 years to scale in so pick one or two and start accumulating. cheers.

Rates going up are only in reaction to higher rents....but as usual the fed raises too late and inflation runs a bit and real estate holders win HUGE long term. Hooray! oh dear, please buy S&P 500 mutual fund. if you had to ask this question YOU SHOULD NOT BE BUYING INDIVIDUAL STOCKS!!!! see 5% month would be 60% a year which should be really obvious to you to not be the case. if you can't figure this out you are better off buying mutual funds.
