D2 I respect your posting and the judgement that it reflects. Notwithstanding snideness that seems required on an anonymous message board. I am interested in your or any considered evaluation on how this would would be considered to assure results good or bad to Lincoln under different market scenarios over the next 6 months to 1 year. Certainly beyond that is difficult to foresee. Actually, google search from where I am currently does not locate any news release, nor is anything posted in the investor section of onc's website. Anyone got a link? Peter.

I don't know T. These things can be very complicated and sometimes slow and steady wins the race. I am a long time long and would have hoped to see the finish line years ago as well, but regardless of mistakes that may have been made, I prefer methodical over rash on matters of this importance.

A question for those who know

Paul - those shares you shorted are not something you then own, they are something you owe. If you put more shares for sale, which you can, you are increasing your short - you will owe even more shares to who ever is selling them when you are buying them back. Importantly, at the price they are selling them for when you buy them back. If you already own shares in your account or another account you would say that your short is covered. When you sell shares, whether it is a short sale or shares you already have, those shares will show on the ask.
