Per all the rants and personal attacks below, have decided to retire this screen ID!
Will still support Nanologix, but many simply want to blame others or attack supporters of the company. Good luck with that making the poster a return on your investment.
Take good care;
Reverse Split: anyone have any idea of these, how many are successful? Seems that unless the company revenue significantly increases, most reverse splits do not increase the company market cap. Therefore why do a Reverse Split unless one is confident the sales will quickly increase?
Secondly there is a real cost to Uplist and comply with Sarbanes Oxley each and every year. In personal discussions with the CEO, this is his biggest concern as the same dollars could be better used to grow the company.
NanoFanboyyeahbaby posted in part: "These are the mental midgets that are trying to dupe you out of your hard earned money"..
Seems this is the crux of the matter - Jim Ed's aka NanoFan, etc, etc, paradigm is that ALL Pink Sheet listed companies are a scam and simply PUMP - DUMP to steal other investors money. Therefore anyone supporting the company must have illicit gains in mind. But he ignores the fact that PDE has been invested here since May 2006, and was saying essentially the same when the stock was less than 10 cents per share.
From PDE's paradigm:
*yes, I've known the CEO since 2001 so we have gotten to really know each other over the past +decade.
* Both PDE and the CEO have the paradigm that the CEO can lead the company from it's prior history of only focused on PR's and Patents, when the company issued PIPES of unrestricted stock, to a more reputable place with real products, as confirmed that the products work per world-class partners such as TMC-UTHSC and Battelle Memorial, Board Compensation 1/8 of what it was before the CEO took over, and PIPES that are NOW RESTRICTED from trading for 1 year from time of investment!
* Both PDE and the CEO have goals including providing products to benefit world healthcare, increase employment in Ohio, and make a reasonable return on risked capital invested in the business.
* Yes, I've invested in PIPES, Yes - I've invested in stock purchased in the open market, and YES I've actually sold some shares when it was higher than my cost basis - as my goal is to minimize MY risk, while also supporting the company and working to ensure they have sufficient CAPITAL to achieve goal of becoming profitable. Have held over 3 million shares for many years of NNLX stock.
*YES, like many others I got too excited when was up several millions of dollars on this investment. Isn't that expected - rational - normal?
* NONE of this was done to "dupe you out of your hard earned money"!
Only in my opinion;
Almost as funny as a bar-fly / fiddle player trying to convince everyone he's an expert on investing/dividends both here and on the I-Hub board... LOL Someone must be mental to post here for years without owning any shares of NNLX. But guess that also fits Commishfree1... Guess that's why it's called.... YAHOOOOOOO!
ONLY in my opinion, which could be wrong, could be right, or was it left?!??!! ;-)
Have a great day;
Have to agree with BadBily in this. Nanofan aka CapitalismForever is posting the same misinformation on the I-Hub board. Here is my reply minus the link to source of information.
Regarding potential for payment of Dividends, have pulled up the latest Financials which show the following:
As of Sept 2012:
Total Assets: $908,596
Total Current Liabilities: $889
Total Shareholders Equity: $907,707
Total Shareholders Equity and Liabilities: $908,596
Does anyone disagree with the above numbers?
Based soley on my research into Delaware law via the following: see I-Hub board since links are not allowed here...
This document is titled: Wrongful Corporate Cash Distributions Under Delaware and Geogia Law.
A: A Summay of The Key Formula
Title 8, sections 160 and 170 of the Delaware code allow a corporation to purchase its own stock or issue dividends, provided that such transaction do not result in an impairment of the corporation's capital. A transaction impairs capital if the amount of the distribution exceeds the amount of the corporation's "surplus." Klang v. Smiths Food & Drug Centers, Incl, 702 A.2d 150, 153 (Del 1997). "Surplus" is defined as the "excess of net assets over the par value of the corporation's issued stock".
Am NOT a CPA or Tax Advisor, simply an investor that owns shares of NNLX stock. But have yet to find anything that says the Accumulated Deficit has anything to do with this calculation. They site numerous examples and none discuss this. Therefore unless the poster can affirm they ARE A CPA or Tax Advisor with specific expertise in this area, the THE POST is just something someone found and posted - it's not a true representation of facts from a professional tax advisor. Yes, anyone can find and post anything.
Only in my personal opinion;
dyogeknees - Personal attacks on posters is a basher strategy. Good luck with that, as find your attacks funny!
If you have not figured it out yet, am a fairly analytical engineer, so if you hope to influence me, the at least try to do so with FACTS or rational arguments of how I am wrong in anything posted. But am guessing you don't have the mental capacity or honest goal of personal investment decisions to argue the point. Thanks for playing as I continue to evaluate my personal investments, one of which is Nanologix shares.
Only in my opinion;
Deemed by replies on this message board to my recent post with a projection of 2014 revenue. Do you only remember the negative things on here?
My guess included a wild guess that it might take 6 months to get all the USA and Saudi approvals for our new partner to begin marketing. Therefore my GUESS of 2014 revenue was made, along with how I got to that number. Seems all replies were that the sales for 2014 guess was too low. That is all.
Yes, I'm not perfect, mea culpa and even making typo's once in a while, and a couple times over the past +10 years, forget to change my posting id from my name to my alias. Must be nice to be perfrect all the time...
Tend to AGREE with you that the company needs BNP - BNF or N-Assay growth to become a company with substantial sales. But the petrie market is huge and even 10% would make Nano profitable and eliminate the need for PIPE's - dilution, etc. But the company either needs PIPE supporters and/or another revenue stream until they grow to that point.
It's been stated MANY times on here, but the rants continue, am confident the CEO is Man enough to run the company as he sees fit. We get all the available information every year in a Shareholders Update that would be disclosed in a Shareholders Meeting, but without the expense to the company. Any that find this not acceptable can advise the CEO, or simply rant, and rant, and rant on available message boards. Your choice but shareholders / ranters are not in the CEO's position. Several of us believe we understand WHY this decision was made, but most on here don't want to hear or understand, in my opinion.
The stock market is open a few days every week, so if real shareholders are unhappy, make a decision and a different investment choice; or just whine with your cheese if it makes you feel better. The share price of NNLX has recently moved UP from 11 cents to 14 cents, a GAIN. Right? Depends upon your paradigm I GUESS.
As always, only my opinion guess
For those those want news from the company, seems today everyone got good news! Per the Update on the company website:
"ongoing room temperature shelf life test results from 7 Feb 2014 have successfully reached the 19-month point with NanoLogix Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA) plates packed in FlatPacks in July 2012 performing as well as one-week old competitor's plates. In this ongoing study, NanoLogix TSA petri plate shelf life has reached nearly 10 times the competition's room temperature shelf life of slightly over 2 months. Prior to this study, the standard for storage of TSA petri plates was for cold storage only, for a period of 3-1/2 months. In internal company cold storage tests, NanoLogix plates are approaching the three-year point with no loss of viability."
My personal opinion is that the company is proved - documented they have the BEST PLATES in the industry! Plates are made in a Clean-Room, packaged with a patent approved process that greatly increases the useful life and reduces breakage. The plates are then E-Beam Processed, effectively meaning there can be NO bacteria, virus, etc in the packaging that will affect the test results when used or degrade the product in storage!
Bottom line is that I personally believe that they have the best product possible, considering the approved packaging patent and process - E-Beam combination.
Therefore the company appears to have refined the product to the best possible, and now are starting to ramp up sales. Even my personal sale projection was largely deemed too low, so am hoping I'm wrong and sales grow faster than expected. So the company has gone from hype and hydrogen patents, to a solid product, real approved packaging patent and approved BNP patent is Japan, Russia and pending in other parts of the world. The next year will surely be interesting to see if sales take off even better than my guess.
Take good care - only in my personal opinion;
Likely you are correct, or it's just another basher trying to convince others they are a simple shareholder looking out for others vested interest. Could be that Badxxx was a Professional player, and had enough chemicals/steroids that it's simply Roid Rage coming out at times. Do know someone that used to be a professional mountain biker and he said he had to make the decision to either quit or do steroids as he wasn't competitive to those that took steroids. Professionals in the Tour de France, etc seem to have reached the same conclusion, so is Pro Football the same?
Bad keeps ranting about a few things, on and on and on. But he will not make a free phone call, just posts on here. Seems if he's that upset, then sell and move on to a listed company with full disclosure. He keeps saying he's caught me in lies, but when he posts 'he's out' most assumed he sold and moved on. Only when confronted, he was talking about something else. Is this a LIE or just a mis-communication? Its a mis since Bad did it, but if others do it, then it's gotta be a LIE!
Billy keeps bring up that he 'busted' me on numerous ID's. How so when I've posted to the board, that I started yahoo with my personal ID and have this screen id; the only other id was when messing with JimEd and made one close to him in a tit for tat exchange for a few days. So much for trying to have fun on a message board with a poster that's been here attacking me at times.
The share price seems to be moving back up a little, so hopefully IF it again goes above Billy's cost basis, Happy Billy will return and all will be right with the company, the message board, and even PDE, in his paradigm. Personally try not to worry about what I can't control, and if BadBilly12 needs to rant, then rant away my friend. Rant away to your hearts content.
Only in my personal opinion, paradigm, world!
PDE - or was it ME --- mabe Myself??!?!?!? No it twas Eye! ;-)
Help simple me understand - don't Bashers Threaten other posters?
Seems reasonable investors share information and their paradigms. Just because someone posts something does not make it true, whether they believe it or not.
Bitbibit posted a question, all are free to reply. Let the majority decide what's facts and what is not, or let Bit decide for himself.
Only in my personal opinion;
Thanks for checking in, even if you don't do it daily like most posting here. This is a free message board, potentially for the sharing of ideas and factual information. However it appears some have their minds made up and facts don't matter.
In regards to your query regarding legal disputes, we haven't heard much from the company. Therefore if you are curious, simply recommend you call the CEO and ask what information is available. Several will not like this response, but am not that big a fan of others responses to you either. However this is simply what I do when I have a question and can't find available information on the company website. Just like a personal tour of the manufacturing facility, it's NOT 'Inside Information', it's just information available for anyone that cares enough to put in the effort. Of course there is information that is not available to all, but then it's up to the CEO to decide what is confidential aka Insider's Info, and what is not.
Only in my personal opinion, anyone can sue anyone for about anything, perceived or real. Nano will make demonstrated progress IF the Patents Pending are approved, then we will all know for sure about the rights to the technology. Until then, it's up to the patent office to decide. Hopefully the lawsuits are not an attempt to prevent the company from succeeding.
Only in my personal opinion;
LOL, gee, lots of posts by Commish today. He can answer almost anything EXCEPT why he's here attacking Nanologix and it's technology for years.
Riddle me this batman;
IF you stopped drinking Scotch, maybe you could answer your own questions, rather than try to bait others.
Maybe you could even afford to buy real shares in Nanologix.
NOT investment advice, or an attempt to buy or sell anything.
Only a personal opinion;
Commish - we rarely agree and usually ignore your posts, but in this rare case: I agree with Commish.
Warfield recommended someone contact Dr. York, and this was done years ago. Therefore check that box and move on. Since Warfield says CEO knows his number, likely Warfield also knows the CEO's number, so why post here? Regardless of motivation, replied 'done' and lets move on to something else.
It's typically a waste of time to respond to JimEd, but for the board... "lazy CEO" LOL Good one. Gee, who was swinging a hammer to help BUILD the Clean Room - Manufacturing facility? Sure was not JimEd... Maybe it was Santa Claus!
What do you not understand about my post including: " The same people are still friends with the CEO and the York family and should something change..".
'They' go on vacations together, likely not every vacation, but on an ongoing basis... 'They' maybe even attend the same church on a roughly weekly basis. So maybe saying that the subject was FIRST discussed years ago, and as things change, like the weather, they likely revisit it as interest is expressed BY the Yorks. Doubt one remains friends for long if you keep trying to sell them on anything other than your friendship and mutual interests.
And yes, I've made similar discussions with others, one of which sold his business for ah. lots. Mr. X was not a close friend, but was introduced to me so took the opportunity to get his perspective on these types of pitches. Not his area of expertise so he personally was not interested, but offered me insight into how folks with millions like to be approached and do not like to be approached. They have millions for several reasons and one is not jumping on any opportunity pitched to them by people they do not know!
My opinion only;
Maybe JimEd can hit up his friends with "a few million in his pocket'...
FYI - per personal conversation today, the Dr. York rabbit trail was chased a few years ago, by people that go on vacations with the York family, and "no interest was expressed at that time." The same people are still friends with the CEO and the York family and should something change, then Dr. York and his family know how to contact the company.
Per one Google search, Mrs. York stated that her privacy is her 'greatest asset'; therefore doubt having people from a internet message board trying to contact them is likely not the best way to accomplish this. Dr. York also sold his local lab and appears focused on family and running the 49'ers football team.
My opinion only;
Or was it myself? Was it PDE? Was it I??!?!? Me so confused at times! ;-)
People with wealth don't like to be cold pitched from someone they do not know. Therefore it will take someone 'in a not big town' that has a personal relationship with Dr. York to get his ear and see if he's interested.
If it's not a big town, then Dr. York likely keeps up with local medical news, and with the video - YSU PR, etc it's likely Dr. York might be casually aware of Nanologix. Therefore if someone knows him, simply ask in casual conversation if he's aware of Nano's products. Doubt Bret can cold call and ask to present him a 'presentation' and get much traction. But then again, not there and am not a marketing/medical expert.
My personal opinion only;
Fully agree it's been an interesting week! News from a Ohio University - etc and the ranters on here try to twist it all around, even stating that it was 'put out' by Nanologix. Humm... LOL
Then multiple posts for personal attacks on PDE, all the way from my GUESS at 2014 not realistic, not accurate, and even for being 'low-ball'. Find it amazing that get hammered for posting anything as PUMPING, but also for UNDER-PUMPING? What's up with that? We even appear to have a poster replying to himself... Yes, lots trying to talk this down, especially the usual suspects that don't own shares, and haven't for years, etc but most of those are on ignore.
My GUESS, was simply that, a guess and not a statement of fact, projection from the company, or guaranteed numbers. If we have learned anything since this message board started, it's that it takes more TIME to grow sales, and the numbers will usually be LESS than the board projects. Ok, so maybe the 3rd Qtr 2012 Board Estimate was fairly close to the real number. So make up your own numbers.
Also find it amusing that many on here state that even using MY 2014 sales number, the shares are worth 5 cents/share. Gee, doesn't Wall Street and most investors LOOK AHEAD? Seems my number is a 500% GAIN in sales over roughly a 2 year period, so growing at 250% per year. For the shares to be worth 5cents, the sales would then need to stay FLAT. Interesting looking forward projection of NO increase after 250%?!?!?!? One could also logically guess that the rate of sales could be flat, or consistent growth of 250% per year, meaning higher in the future; OR a small increase in growth. Lastly one could argue that sales turns EXPONENTIAL! Use any you want, but be sure to attack anyone making a projection as then you have something to repost for years without having to attach your brain to anything! One can stay perfect and less chance of being called a liar if you don't do shineola!
Only in my opinion;
Gary - PDE
Warfield posted in part: "Meeting with Dr. John York might not be a bad idea.".
Since you have repeatedly brought this up, do YOU know Dr. John York, or know someone that knows someone?
You have also been posting here for years, so what prevents you from doing what you recommend? Is there some reason you keep recommending things on a message board that you personally will not do?
Only in my personal opinion;
Thanks for a post about the COMPANY and nothing else! See your point and believe it's valid.... BUT...
The quoted $900k did not come from Nanologix and is NOT the entire expected or potential revenue stream for the company. No, likely would not rent out a $14 million asset for $900k.
Alternatively would you consider the following:
Per reported Annual Income from the Financials on company website:
2010 Annual Income $640
2011 Annual Income $892
First 3 Qtrs of 2012 Income $64,418
We do not have reported numbers for last quarter of 2012, or any from 2013 that I'm aware of.
The Projection from the Swiss expert etc was for $900,000 in the first year of the contract. Seems likely that it will take time to process, get US and Kingdom regulatory approval and for the Rep to start to market in the GCC. Therefore my personal GUESS and it's ONLY THAT, is that it will take 6 MONTHS to get started marketing. Therefore my GUESS for 2014 NNLX Income would potentially be 50% of $900k or $450k. Things have not worked out as expected / planned / etc, so RISK this number by another x% as others see fit. Risking at an additional 50% = $450k * .5 = $225,000 2014 income from this one client.
Since it's been reported Nano is also selling to other clients, lets say they add another $100k from all for 2014. This would make my GUESS at 2014 Sales of $325,000. This would be an increase of roughly 500%. Checking 2012 sales (for only 3 quarters) of $64,418 * 5 = $322,090.
Am less concerned about the real number, and more concerned about the percentage increase in Gross Sales Numbers. Seems once Nano gets to sufficient Sales to cover the majority of the Operating Expenses, then they can STOP THE PIPES. This stops dilution, and puts them on firmer ground for being a real business.
Others, ON TOPIC, thoughts? Guesses?
Only my personal opinion
