  • The SEC really needs to take a look at the trading of stocks like FORM. I track a list of approx 40 stocks and I cant tell you how many times FORM has been jerked down with no news by 3-4%. Right now the market is down .47% and .15% DOW and NASDAQ. But FORM is down 3.54%. No news. Projections rosey. Last conference upbeat.

What gives? This has been happening for quite a while. There is obviously some funny business going on, way too obvious.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Feels like we may see a run following earnings next Wednesday. Stock has pulled back like you often see prior to a nice run and this earnings report may carry some heft. Based on the company guidance this Q4 should be solid. The most recent investor conference presentation was very positive. The key is if they are still building momentum heading through 2015 and we may get some flavor on this. Also may get more details on the orders from the China customer Rockchip.

If Q1 is projected to be solid as well that would be the 4th positive quarter and a milestone in a way. As Q2, Q3 are always strong.

A couple of recent analyst upgrades with $11 price targets may be a sign of where we are heading.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Very impressed with Slessor's presentation. They are on track with all of their growth opportunities and seem to be focused on growing revs from 260m level to 300m level. They are not sitting back to wait for the growth either as they are reviewing potential accretive aquisition prospects as well. Their growing cash position gives them much flexibility in how to achieve their revenue growth goals.

Another point Slessor emphasized several times was that any revenue growth would be highly leveraged to EPS growth as majority of costs are fixed.

Now looking forward to the next conference call for Q4 on Feb 3. Just around the corner.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Slessor presents today for FORM at the 17th Annual Needham Growth Conference. Looking forward to some possible rosey comments. Could get some detail on the recent order from China. And then next on the radar is the Q4 conference call Feb 3 I think. Have been picking up shares on dips recently thinking we could see a move up as we bank our 3rd profitable quarter in a row during the toughest seasonal quarter (Q4).

In the long run I think FORM is well positioned for the future economic climate. No debt - lots of cash. Large portion of orders come from design changes, not exposed as much to industry changes in demand as others might be.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • To me this is major positive news. To be selected based on their copper pillar tech and their design expertise as well as their customer support. And a major Chinese mobile chipmaker. Could open the door to more business in China down the road.

Looks like all the hard work of realigning the company is starting to pay off.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
