More significant is probably the at close settlements in large blocks. These are negotiated transactions and/or market makers balancing. I view those less skeptically than just large block volume.
Ditto all of the above....which was my point to Roger. Mostly wanted to frame debt and dilution as separate animals.
Refinancing in this rate environment is a fact of life. Dilution via debt instrument is not the correct
nomenclature or concern. Now asset sales for operating expenses, that may be valid,
but CC dismissed that.
Frankly, I need a US Gov't commitment to NG use in transportation to correctly value that
portion of the drilling successes which are the reason to invest in this company (Utica aside).
In the time it took me to sign for and install an alternator in my 95 SC400...
Only 300K shares traded!!!!
I guarantee you I am not a professional mechanic. Just a DIY car hobbyist guy.
I am really interested in your methodology...
Adding to increase your cost basis?
Just doesn't sound like a sound policy......
This is an informed, low volume, day trading, comment???
I just lost 30 seconds of my life I can't get back commenting on this stupid post.
Interesting answer. I gave my reasons....and they were very informed, to the tune of at
the height over $150K over real money.
As happens Oh too infrequently on message boards, I was asking others to articulate
If that seems beyond you, then my condolences. If not I may have misunderstood your
I got lucky in this last hectic month to bring my exposure back down to sanity,
but I do have a question....
My reason for being in HK vice others in the industry is a hoped for advantage
in execution. If this is an unfounded belief in Mr Wilson, then I will not do as well
as I hope.
However, one of the reasons I did not consider important was the daily fluctuation
of WTI. Until a change of administration rethinks NG as a transportation fuel I can't
count on that end of the equation.
What are your reasons for building a position in HK?
Forget the meaningless "I'm the most prescient day trader that ever lived" answers.
As I have whined the last month about my position.....I just broke even!!!! WAY TOO exposed for the size of my portfolio. Mine will be the opportunistic 15K share sale today, but I will retain about 10K shares. HAPPY to have returned to this point. Now full speed ahead????
While HYGS has been stellar for me from the mid 16s, ACHN worried me for a while @ just under $7, AAPL just seems to be good for 10%/yr at least, and I got out of SAN @ 10.74 before the Spanish debacle....HK has required WAY too many bullets. I am averaged in @ 5.70 on about 25K shares. Hedged a bit with covered calls @ $7. Not my finest timing, but this board needs some reality, so I offer mine!!!

Someone seems to have been reading the open interest numbers?
Sword....Probably old news to you, but
The Friday Report

I've made my now expensive bed, so I have to sleep in it. Time line to even has lengthened considerably.
Bold and Daring pre market trade....200 shares @ 5.35!!!!
Now there is an informed trend setting action.
OK...I took my third swing (for the second time) in this position. Uncomfortable in overweight nature it gives my portfolio, but luckily saved a little cash trading out in other places yesterday. I will be ecstatic if the bleeding stops today and close anywhere between 6-6.10. I will now need about 6.29 to break even and rebalance to my normal 5% allocation. Do I hear by the end of August? I still think proper company, my timing just could have been better.
No percentage in shorts continuing unabated in this stock. Not to say it will vanish, because no stock is immune. But, the fewer day traders, the less fear, the regulatory realities all favor greater than 30% from this entry point. Time frames may differ, but will happen. Beyond that....gee I guess we will know if and industry maverick and astute CEO knows how to run a company for the benefit of the shareholders, Oh by the way.....he is one!!!!
Add Rosetta Stone to your software posting. Not that you actually trade this stock but, while $7 and higher won't happen today or tomorrow, US will justify exports which favors the fundamentals. First step while worrisome is flare recapture regulations in the Bakken and will become industry standard elsewhere including TMS.
Now if your Cheetos stained fingers can compose a rebuttal to that.....?????
