There's a point in time that is real close where you will be able to put a short on this for years. I'd guess $50 target would be optimistic for overpriced electric cars, really optimistic. I am guessing AMC like ending. You are going to buy a Tesla over a Ford, GM electric? let alone a Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Mazda? Get real. Just wish I shorted stocks but not starting here with an Amazon-like cult loving this thing where profits, PEs and sales are irrelevant. Best of luck, $70k tax subsidized electric, more like $100k plus without gov't help.
TSLA is over 14 times sales, Industry average is 0.46. Just a question of when not if this goes comfortably down 90% I'd guess. But have at it, no idea except someone who is short that would actually buy this stock. I'm looking at Krispy Kreme personally
Tomorrow it's Tripp and the other bottom feeding lawyers in this board. Feel bad for anyone that just bought in, but you would think it should bounce back part of the way at least. Going to review my other MLPs real soon.
You're dreaming on Tesla mass producing anything other than an inflated stock price. Of course that leaves the real car companies out there but it may be awhile
I am still waiting to see one of these cares on the street. It's gonna be a fantastic short for someone who knows how to time when the smoke clears. Profits and cars don't really seem to matter.
I'm not sure any parent wants a soda machine in their house of any type. There is a reason that soda sales for the most part have been in a slow and steady decline. And how it is not simply a cannibalization is also hard to understand. And if someone comes up with a bigger, better, soda machine are people really going to want that in their kitchen? Who actually makes the full blown machines in the fast food restaurants? Maybe but just don't see it as more than a fad. Certainly doesn't fit any long term health theme that seems a little more durable.
Not that it is going to happen but I'd be a bit concerned that Pepsi doesn't arrive on the scene and destroy the Short crowd that once loved GMCR. Just be ready to hang on for a wild ride. It's certainly a bet some people are going to make.
That's generally a Buy signal. When you are holding a stock and everyone says Buy, Apple at $700 for example, it is likewise a good time to Sell. Not always but usually.
They need to complete the refinancing. I'd also assume that the dividend goes down but that is probably a good thing at the moment. Bad time for bad news with the market shaky. With a little more evidence to the plus side, I'd double down for a second time but for now hanging tight as obviously panic is setting the agenda at the moment.
Doubtful that anyone believes anything on a Yahoo board
