Unfortunately, and I have a lot of oil stocks, it is an ongoing concern until there is a rebound in oil prices. And frankly shale is at the bottom of that food chain. Presumedly they are managing for survival but it becomes a question of how long prices stay low, hopefully not too long. Service and production budgets are getting hammered, read Exxon and Chevron reports today. Certainly the upside is there should things turnaround
I wouldn't buy AMZN at $100 but it's like a Jonestown cult. Not really sure who would spend $1k for 2 SHARES
Did it ever occur to sell your stock before the spinoff, etc.? I realize the commission might have been close to your total equity but seems like you are a smart investor with great foresight
Look they have narrowed it down to either losing $480 million next quarter or making $70 million. Not sure of that includes the half billion plus in stock compensation they forecast for next quarter.

Obviously Short the stock, so doubtful he goes anywhere until this turns against him, ideally real soon would be nice. Do you pay the dividend if you are Short? I'd guess so, small consolation at the moment.
so you suggest swapping one bankrupt company for another bankrupt company? Must be one of those brokers that calls me
