Same story here. Sell HTA and buy xyz and have money tied u to another 5-10 years. As my investments with his broker become transferrable/sellable I'm leaving his services behind and managing my own money.
I'm assuming that you're referring to the conversion of Class B1 shares to Class A (although I've not seen any announcement). My guess is that the idea is that there are now more shares eligible for sale and more owners who may want to liquidate their holdings.
I'm new to REITs and have question on Annaly dividend. The payout ratios says 434% which I interpret to mean that they pay 423% more in dividends than they take in as income. Is this correct? and, if so, how can that dividend be sustained?
