  • .....Funny how people in the know, actual companies in the field who use cutting gas for jobs, are opting for MNGA. Is this the same gas that all the nay sayers are poo-pooing as BOGUS ?? Oh yeah, they are short. LOL Guess the end users are not concerned with hatchet jobs opinions, just a faster and less expensive gas. And didn't MNGA have to open up a second line just to make enough to meet upcoming demand.
.....Recent PR's are factual sales, expansion of distributorships, and will end up with higher SP for investors.
.....I wonder when a third line will be announced as expansion continues. Nov 3rd-5th may lead to the next big headline for a new "Largest Ever" end user even larger than the recent $400,000 recurring revenue stream in the last PR.

  • philipswallowflip philipswallowflip Oct 25, 2015 9:41 AM Flag

......While I agree with your sentiments on the article, remember that some have been holding from the low 90 cent range, so after a nice move up, some will book profits. After that inane and empty article, some shorts covered, and some longs saw the article and assumed a negative SP and took profits even premarket.
.....Given the fundys, we have more customers, more distributors, a second line open to meet demand, and remember a MOST IMPORTANT POINT, a new $ 400,000 per annum customer (recurring revenue). This type of score , the largest ever comes just before the demonstration TO TAKE PLACE November 3RD, nine days from now, before the "Construction Industry Institute" with 130 public and private companies.
......Secondly, MNGA was invited to speak, they did not pay to attend. This type of invite shows the interest of the Construction Industry Institute's members.
.....Thirdly, there will be 100 execs from the top industries which include Chem,Construction,Utilty and Oil, with the likes or the US Dept of Energy &Commerce, Koch Brothers,Dupont,Exxon, etc... I believe someone gave a very extensive list of companies and organizations on a previous post (thanks)
.....So adding up the timing of this largest customer ever and the upcoming meeting; with all the previous Navy/Army,AWISCO and CA TX connections, MNGA is just beginning to enter and take over the acetylene market. Imagine just a 10% capture and its sales and share price effects for MNGA.
.....MNGA has gone from a Florida influenced company with small distributors, to a multi state distributor base (AWISCO) along with US Navy/Army inroads just beginning to use mag gas. Note; many US bases are using many green energy savings, and are some of the top gainers in the solar fields, can a greener gas be far behind ? This upcoming event should at least tickle the participants interest based on the economic savings in gas and O2, and also in labor time with faster cuttings and torch temps.

donborghi, your deep DD is only attacked, as they bait you to respond to them, and I only wish you could respond w/o the feelings and anger, just the facts. Don't let them cause you to react in anger, just act in facts, respond only in facts. Or just ignore the baseless idiots. Keep it positive and avoid the negative .

I hate to say this about another "phil", but you have to be the most have the most ridiculous post of the October month. Opening another store to meet demand with an established user and distributor of acetylene who now offers the superior MG2 IS A BIG DEAL. Forgetting to mention the inroads into TX and even New England thru the largest distributor in NY only further expands MG2 gas and supports MNGA. (lets not mention the firefighters and US military testing going on now.)
.....phil4n, a fool and his money are soon parted, and your friends determine to a great degree who you become, so I now part company with you. "phil4n"-- Another for the IGGY bon fire pile

.....Given the past false starts, and iusacell issue, I think ETAK has to prove its self as a revenue positive company. PRs about tier one companies are great,( and legitimately informative) but w/o revenue statements- ho-hum. YET, if we go back to PRs that over promised and under delivered, this close to the chest and conservative style should be applauded by investors, and lead to a stagnant SP, and a slow climb after revenues are proven. We can not have it both ways. A slow climb is better than the saw tooth and feelings mo-mo driven heart attacks that have happened in the past. TAK seems to have turned a corner by emphasizing its expansion into the USA (per a recent CC), and this is what will restore share price to share holders. The tech is in place, the customer base is now the focus. jmo

    REFINERY coming to CA!!...

Must be all those dairy farms. CA is one of the largest dairy producers, and MNGA is perfect fit to the Cow supplied resources, all located in one place. Coal co-combustion is the next big headline.
.....From poop to pollution controlled coal. Who would have thunk it ???

4.5 times average volume and up on a usually down day. Some shorts may be going long, at least for the weekend.

.....While I am not a fan of the Gov Brown, imagine if he gets wind of the Mag Gas as a green fuel and begins to legislate a law that 'mandates' mg gas and stops acetylene based just on green concerns. It might be a two year phase out. Other businesses would begin to take notice of MG gas. They would find out it costs less, works better. Just due to buss costs they would decide to use this product. The green activism would actually work hand in hand with business needs, not against business needs, a rare occurrence !!!!!!
.....Also, they could clean up all the Dairy farms and hog farms waste, of course a win win there too.

11,000 shares pre market and up .05. Big story is in place and distributors are adding up. Can't wait for the Nov 3rd demonstrations to may of the Fortune 500 in construction and energy service sectors. That will be the next big move, unless Coal Co Combustion hits first. Year out and it should double up or more.

phil4n, when a supposed investor responds with 'IDIOT' or other derogatory terms, instead of addressing the expansion models mentioned, he shows how little he knows or cares about any company in depth. The only 'idiot' here is the one using such language, you.
.....phil4n, a negative example of all phils in the world. Please board, don't put me in the same game as this disingenuous poster.

.....It should be a great day to get the story out, and hopefully they have a hands on demonstration going on out in the back parking lot. It will raise eyebrows and interest, but it will also take time for a business in the industry of cutting to get some cylinders and test out the claims and temps for MG gas. It is greener and cleaner for the cutters. For business it is faster and less costly on time and gas costs of MG vs Acetylene production ,even for O2 use costs. It is cost the will drive business to switch.
......For MNGA, it will require build out of production lines to meet demand, another time line event. Still a two dollar level should be achievable with proper roll out of customer's orders and gas production.

    Thoughts on the Ca distribution

.....Geuss that additional demand gave us some 12% gain today. Go Californa, Tx, NY (Awisco) and New England to follow. Anyone notice MNGA has expanded along the population centers, most located along the coast from East coast , Florida, Tx and into Ca. Smart distribution centers, smart expansion modle.

buythenumbers, all your points are inverted and I would take them on one by one, but after reviewing your previous posts, why would I bother with such tripe. Go argue somewhere else, back on ignore for you. You are just "pathetic". So, just in general: promoting a new company is correct and does not bother me as a share holder. MNGA seems to have snagged a lot of interest in their promotions as well as needing a second line to meet those new sales of mag gas and getting an invite to the upcoming event. Not bad results for pathetic promotions with this new company.

Volume has dried up after a five day walk down, with shares accumulated. Went from millions of shares traded few hundred thousand. Nov 3rd-5th, good news should follow-again- as more end users gain interest and order. Call it "Aquire The Fire" or "Torch and Scorch" or "Heat and Meet" or "Feel the Burn". There is no SPF to stop Mag Gas temps.

BUT,on the bright side, I just reviewed the last 15 headlines under Yahoo, and 10 of them can be classified as expansion headlines for MNGA:
    - New distributorships - all over the US in demographic regions in high use of cutting gases.
    - New customers (end users) of MG2, across the field from rescue to demo.
    - New line opening up to meet demands of above end users.
    - New customers interested in meeting and greeting to get first hand info on MG2 from CII.
    - New demolition construction site users

    - In short, it all adds up to a New day as MNGA attracts New players. Is this a cutting gas company, it is beginning to sound like a football team analogy ! Touch Down soon to follow. (go Pats with proper inflation) LOL
