The flotation of Sprouts is yet another example why this company remains a great income and value play. The Q2 dividend will be somewhere between .90-1.20 based on my estimates and the stock price has 4-5 points to run IHMO. If you are a real investor you will read their upcoming Q2 earnings report carefully, especially the Accrued Carried Interest number on their balance sheet. That number represents the source of future dividends to shareholders so if you are a divvy player, its important to you. The stock is too cheap at roughly 9x TTM earnings. While earning are lumpy, take a longer view (5 years) and this company should generate cumulative earning per share of $25-30 per share, or $5-6 per share p.a. Even if the EPS multiple stays at 9, the stock should be somewhere in the high 30's ;low 40's (lower than pure EPS x 9 to account for volatility). Serious investors should get into this thing before it runs. And last, the founders of this firm are VERY, VERY smart and VERY, VERY greedy, a good combination for shareholders who buy for the long haul.
